还有检测H Pylori的方法：
美国这边的Stool PCR test结果不知道准不准？我测了两次都是Negative.但国内据说都
是测呼吸。
用还是幻觉。说实话，我也想证明，穴道这些东西到底是巫医（说得好听是神奇），还
是可以科普来帮助所有的人增强体质的。
是否萎缩性胃溃疡，萎缩性胃溃疡容易变成胃癌。要找出真正的病因，把病根除掉。不
能因为中医的保健方法耽误了治病。比如我查过自己没有幽门螺旋杆菌，另外医生说吃
药可以控制反酸所以不给我
和足三里特别痛，刚开始几乎是碰都不能碰，后来中脘被我揉了几次就不痛了，足三里
现在揉了还会有点痛，正在进行中。把我看到的东西摘抄如下，也不一定正确，大家做
个参考，还是要自己花时间
何好处，一定禁食。有些酸性食物还是好东西，要吃的话比如酸奶对胃好，苹果也不错
等等，可以改为少量多次。如果烧心的话，一定要吃容易消化的食物，饭后一定要在保
暖的条件下走500到1000
体内的浊气派出，可以改善消化、胃肠功能，疏通经脉，非常重要。 |

lg的肠胃不是很好。饿的时候会胀气。吃饭之后，也会胀气，如果立刻去大便，症状就
消除了。大便的时间比较长，大部分时间是不太成形，或者是liquid。吃了辣的会拉肚
子。
刚做了Helicobacter pylori AB, EIA，结果是0.26，standard range是0.00 - 0.99，
看起来也正常。
想请问一下这会是什么问题？有什么test需要检查的？谢谢。 |

read and watch those photo of different tissue and organs to make them
images into your brain!
even u need identify which part of the stomach--antroum, body or cardiac
areas!!! because different areas present different diseases sometimes and H
pylori!
seems after match, u didn't spend enough time on histology and warm up.
You pay and get what you deserved.

今天又看了看,有几个问题：
levaquin在这里的作用是神马？没觉得有必要上abx啊
有几个liver meds，比如apap, lipitor之类的，discharge之后应该由pcp来解决。
metoprolol 12.5 mg bid又有必要吗？血压已经很低了。最好把lasix 和kcl一起get
rid of
还有protonix 8 mg/hr iv太多了，改成40mg qd or bid比较好吧。
不管是iv KCl 还是dc KCl, po KCl 肯定是要改的。
再给病人test for H.pylori |

1.我们讲的是tips是一个bridge to liver transplant。做了这个以后就没有liver
funx。而这个病人做tips已经是3年前了。是不是可以用propanolol后考虑liver
transplant。
2.病人入院之前的folic acid和iron pill具体的indication是什么啊。这个case就是
要找出drug therapy problem。这是不是unnecessary medication呢·
3.因为pt已经dehydration，是不是要hold furosemide？那相应的HTX应该如何控制。
要不要增加lisinopril的dose。
4.我的理解病人之前take kcl是因为同时on furosemide。如果order lab之后，k
level在正常，是不是就可以也hold kcl呢
5.因为病人有pud 引起的bleeding，是不是也要加上在discharge的时候put pt on
life long ppi （high dose）？

，保准有人给你查H.pylori。只跟你看得医生/医院有关。实在搞不清楚你的逻辑-仅仅
因为西医生懒得给你察看病因，你就声称（整个）西医都是loser? 到了中医标准就变
成了看病不是三天两天的事，这个药方不行可以再试试别的？
说半天还是西医黑。

Her vitals: afebril, HR 56, BP 105/68, RR 12, Sating 94% on 2 L NC.
Her UA showed >20 WBC, positive nitrites, positive LE and culture eventually
grew out E coli. LFT showed albumin 2.5, TP 4.6, otherwise unremarkable.
She had a million of things going on, however, I believed "nausea" is the
key. She didn't have any vertigo or dizziness or vision change, which made

Pylori, I still think it is valid. That is why antiacid treatment works for
ulcer.
GERD's symptoms are also related to the acid, it does not matter how much.
In addition, the acid secretion is dynamic, the average base line may be
low, but the peak could be high enough to cause symptoms. |

厉害，隐约有些作痛， 自己觉得好像有些低烧，量了下大概也就37度， 上个月月底作
的胃镜，一个多礼拜后受到结果，如下:
The stomach biopsies are positive for interstinal metaplasia. The lining of
the stomach has developed some small intestinal lining from chronic
inflammation. There is no dysplasia or worrisome features.
H.pylori infection is negative.
Proceture照片上提到了Gastric antrum: Erythematous(Hyperemic)
想和医生约着谈一下，约到月底去了。。。之前约胃镜就约了快一个月。。。
可是还是非常难受，昨晚又睡得很不好，上来问一下，这严不严重啊，有没有药的呀，
要等到月底，实在太痛苦了，话说在美国看病太折腾人了。。。 |
