漂亮狗狗系着三角巾，上面印着adopt me，可爱极了。把收养信息收集了一些，给版上
有心人看。
pyr狗狗就像童话里出来的，白白大大的，pyr puppy很像拉布拉多，除了毛色。
这次活动的标语是2 million to go，是有两百万只待领养救助狗狗的意思么？那些反
对宠物绝育
的人真是见识浅薄啊。

For my situation(single without dependent", the total deduction and
exemption for federal tax return is 5450+3500=8950. Where does $10900
standard deduction come from?
yes, we need to separate NY, PYR, or R for federal tax return because of a
lot of difference. federal tax 是要区分这些的。
报州税和federal tax 的status defintion 是大不一样的。 要把它们分开讨论。 不
能混淆。

NR vs. PYR is Federal tax refund. If you are NR, you can not claim 10900
standard deduct.

是GPCR，还需要科学上更多的论证，但是也没有任何可以直接推翻的证据。这个结构还
没有以论文形式发表，也就是说也没有经过同行评议得到科学界的认可。清华张老师的
受体起初也受质疑，说大麦里的同源基因不结合ABA，但是张老师还有后续的几篇plant
cell层次的文章进一步遗传实验，建立了镁敖合酶和下游WRKY转录因子的关系，不排

glass tube. Are you using it to remove silyl protecting groups? HF.pyr is pretty mild. Using a regular glass container should be OK.
P.S. If your glassware becomes really "dirty", you can use 49% hydrofluoric
acid to "wash" it. Wear gloves. Make sure you won't drop HF on your
skin. Pour a couple of mL HF solution inside the bottle, swirl it gently so
that the liquid inside can flow over most of the surface of the co |
