开始埋怨员工不好好干活，没有“奉献自己100%的热血和青春”。

什么火车票买不到，只能找旅行社，我们就买到当天的sleeper train；而且也可以异
地买票，你最后买的100美刀的飞机票，我们也从开罗飞卢克索，才43刀。
其实比起美国，甚至刚去的墨西哥，埃及的消费已经相当低了，包一天车的价格比起这

feature在空间坐标上的agreement。
我的做法是先按local feature进行搜索，得到一个candidate set后再用feature的空
间坐标进行ranking。
用local feature做搜索开销是非常大的，一个query image直接就能变成100+个
feature query，但是从结果看Google
确实用到了local feature。具体不知道他们是怎么做的。
k-nn graph只是一个索引，大致就是你提供一个算similarity的函数，接受两个对象
指针返回一个相似性值。然后k-nn graph可以迅速帮你找到相似性大于一定threshold
的对象。
具体对象怎么表达，相似性怎么计算按应用而定。以前有一个方法叫做earth mover's
distance，
一个对象表达为一个特征向量的集合，然后相似性则是用线性规划做两个集合之间的匹
配。
这个是比较奇葩的方法了，传统索引只能处理高位向量，不能处理这种高维向量的集合

有人说百度是中国IT的黄埔军校，有人说百度商业化很浓的广告公司，在百度我也待过
一阵，后来出国读书，我看到百度经过这几年的洗礼，更加成熟和强大，而自己也对技
术有了更多领悟。现在想想要感谢百度，感谢伟大的百度人民。那些当年的同事有人人
肉翻墙去Google，有人去新一代的创业公司，有人转型创业投资，有人继续成为百度的
中流砥柱。我想说一些轶事。
百度小故事
百度的创办
大家对百度的历史可能耳熟能详。李彦宏Robin讲过一个故事，当他99年回国创业的时
候，搜索引擎也不是最新的概念了，人家问他做什么，他坚定说做搜索，有人觉得当时

古学派的中国变态自贬者说中国商代以前全是传说。
看看远在商朝以前的石卯古城的宏大规模，就连西方都广泛报道了，如此高度文明的大
城怎么可能是北大疑古学派的“部落，酋长”所能概括的。

You are given a pyramid; the numbers for example is 2 on the first level, 3
-1 on the second level, 4 7 8 on the third, etc. How do you calculate the
maximum sub sequence of any path traversing the pyramid?
应该是用DP，目前只能想到O(k^2)的做法,k是level数。有没有比这个更快的做法，多

大家对百度的历史可能耳熟能详。李彦宏Robin讲过一个故事，当他99年回国创业的时
候，搜索引擎也不是最新的概念了，人家问他做什么，他坚定说做搜索，有人觉得当时
也有好几家做这一块，这不会太大的机会的。后来的事情大家都知道了，百度成为中文

鸡翅的故事
Robin向百度全体员工通发了某季度总结邮件，却忘写了标题，触发了产品技术部传统
的鸡翅法则，员工们立刻在内网上嚷嚷着要他请鸡翅。Robin随即回复答应8月8日请大
家吃鸡翅。然后就有了Summer Party 请全体百度人吃鸡翅。并且就有了下面的奖项。

但是他通篇没有一个来源，有吗？有引用什么来源？通篇只有一种观点，有其他观点不
？有让大家取舍吗？除了通篇一个观点外，有啥取舍？
你的意思我明白，我也不反对民科们发文章，呵呵，发了才能让大家学习怎么分辨真假。
不过呢反思说不上，本来奶制品就不是中国人的主食，消费量不大。喝奶救中国就是个
民科，现在是民科战民科。现代的营养学也不建议大家过多摄入奶制品。比如说这个
food pyramid：
当然还有很多不同的pyramid，而且每人根据自己体重，身高，运动量等等也可能需要
不同的diet plan。
department of agriculture有个网站就叫mypyramid，可以根据自己的身高体重等提供
合理的饮食安排：

那天，LD先报告了学校办公室，工作人员就觉得问题挺严重，让直接和女儿班上的老师谈
。LD就找到了老师，说明了情况，老师立刻说事情不可能发生在她的班里，并拿出照片证
明两个小朋友的座位不在一起，说事情可能是在after school program 发生的。虽然
她是对的，但作为主任老师，她关心的不是问题本身，而是事情是否在她管辖的范围内
发生。后来，LD又找了after school program 的老师，证实两个孩子玩pyramid的事，
并说孩子推倒pyramid 是常事，避重就轻。LD重新强调了事情的重点是言语暴力，并要
求老师对该男孩的言行加以注意，并要求检查他是否带尖利物品上学。老师敷衍答应了。
关于是否教育孩子在事发时立刻报告老师，我还有点犹豫，因为记得有种说法是打报告
多的孩子更容易招致bully。不知是不是真的？ |
