register for you. They sent out an email, but my account was not up to date
so I didn't get the email. My co-worker was nice enough to provide me the

In fact, Panera Bread can be somewhat better than Subway or Quiznos. Au Bon
Pain is on par with Panera Bread. |

or KFC, which is true. Their sandwiches are not as fatty as the burgers or
fried chicken served in those other restaurants.
i don't believe qdoba is any healthier cuz their tacos/burritos are high in
calories from rice/beans and other starchy material.
ABP is a different story. altho it IS in fact a chain restaurant... they don
't claim to b fast food and the calories are in fact pretty low if the
