My high school had 8 students with 600 or above that year, the whole Qingdao
city had about 11. I believe Shandong had over 100. My score about 600:)
650 is very very high, probably national record. The difficulty level was different from year to year. It does not make sense to compare scores among different years.
I believe in 1989 the physical exam was very hard, few people got over 90.
Those over 600s were top students in elite schools. No doubt about that.

如果我要从LV到青岛，Korean Air只需要在仁川转机一次。如果座其他公司，估计得

是美方对中方开放航点态度不积极，都说明航点的开放是对等的，现在中国对南韩开放
了几十个城市的航点，南韩呢，除了汉城就是多年前南韩地面调度对中国国航班机严重
轻视渎职造成空难的釜山两个航点。估计还有朋友会说，怎么不对等，中国那几十个城
市到南韩也有航班啊，呵呵，如果那么说，就如同是说买彩票开奖的几率总是百分之五
十：赢还是不赢。还有网友说航点开放就是各大航空公司自己的商业行为，那更是不对
的，那不是简单商业行为。走私才是简单的商业行为，把又好又便宜的外国货简单直接
带给广大用户造福全中国人，但是那是非法的。两国国际航点的开放是国际贸易的问题。
你这个LV拉斯维加斯的例子非常好。不是说就应该坐韩航了，而是再次说明了中国民航
当局开放无数南韩到中国各大城市航线的错误。因为韩美之间比中美之间开放的美国航
点多，比如这个拉斯维加斯（好像现在也有中国直飞LV的航线了？）还比如到夏威夷的
航线。这样一来，南韩就充分利用了到中国的无数航线，到美国更多的航点，得以充分

The Jiaozhou Bay bridge is 26 miles (42 kilometers) long and links China's

这两天在国内主流的，崇洋其外但实质是不见市面的土包子的媒体的炒作下，有了个所
谓的美国骆大使住不起博鳌大酒店的事件，引起网上左右两派的激烈互喷。看到有人提
问关于美国政府公务出差的标准，觉得这才是问到了点子上了。俺无意对此事作是非判
断，只想列举一些事实。欢迎转发。
首先得承认，人家的制度确实比咱先进。为了控制公务员滥用公款，老美的差旅标准制
定的非常细致。根据不同的地区的消费水平，制定了相应的每日住宿和餐饮标准。在美
国国内，具体到了各个州以及主要城市。每个城市的酒店，每年制定酒店的政府价，就
是按照这个数字来定的。对于国外，由美国国务院定的标准也相当精细。比如说对中国
，几乎大部分中国主要城市都已有相应的标准。（见下表）。表内列出了每日住宿的限
额，食物和其他费用的限额，以及前两类费用的总额的上限。 对于海南，表中列出了
海口的标准。住宿的上限是181美元，餐饮及其他的上限是118美元，所以费用的上限是
299美元。
