研究前沿。
生命学院魏冬青教授长期从事计算生物学和计算物理学研究。最近，他领导的科研
团队实现了固体硝基甲烷的热分解反应的第一原理模拟，研究发现常压下，温度大约在
2200K时硝基甲烷开始发生分解，反应开始涉及到质子转移和通常了解到的C-N键的断
裂。
整个分解过程观察到大约有75个中间体和100个化学反应，爆炸反应没有通过所谓
的链式反应进行，而是通过多个低能态反应通道完成。最终反应产物是H2O，CO2，
N2，和CNCNC长链分子。这是首次完成的固体炸药热分解反应，从而全面地观察到爆
炸反应的微观机理。它可以用于预测其它更复杂的硝基类炸药的反应过程，为新炸药的
研制提供理论依据，是该领域里程碑式的成果。
