这两家公司，都是做Semi Test Tool，特别是DRAM/Flash。现在内存价格涨得这么猛，
不过好像他们的生意却是很差，特别是Memory这一块。为什么哪？他们两家的技术相比
，那个好啊？据说这个Teradyne从Verigy手里抢走了Qualcomm的一个大单。
