界报》刊文指出，社会上对穷人的不少看法实际上是“偏见”，他们错误理解了穷人的
实际生活状况。
误解一：福利机制是“社会癌症”？
法国的社会福利政策是团结互助机制，目的在于扶助穷人、残障者及其他无自理能力的
人。
如果有人说这种机制是“社会癌症”，或指责有些人“福利欺诈”，当权者应当关注的
其实是相反的现象：需要社会福利援助，而无法取得者。这些人有的不知道申请福利这
回事，或者因为程序复杂而放弃；也有的是担心因此受到歧视。
慈善组织“不求助者观察”(Odenore)在2011年公布的调查报告指出，达到积极互助津
贴(RSA)申请条件者，50%没有享受到这笔补助。同样的情况在针对贫困者的用电扶助方
面，68%的人没有享受到应有的较低价格；至于全民医疗补充保险CMU-C，50%-70%应覆

换transmission oil 只需要 3 quarts oil . 成本不超过$10, dealer 要价太高，完
全在宰人。自己做非常容易，只要把螺丝打开，漏光油，把螺丝擦干净，在拧上，加
transmission oil. 找老中开的修车行顶多花$30就搞定。其实honda车换transmission
oil 比换机油还简单，因为不需要换过滤器． |

many Corollas made around 2000 have excessive oil loss, several quarts
between oil changes.
By searching "burn oil corolla 2000", I think you will find many hits. This
is a very serious problem if it happens. There is no easy fix.
Another common problem is carbon canister failure. If you search P0400,
p0441 and p0446, you will see many posts talking about a design defect that
will result in this. |

1. EVAP system failure = "check engine light" on (if you overfill you fuel tank often, eventually you will get this failure).
2. MAF sensor;
if you search "oil loss" & "2001 Corolla", you will find another
problem: 3."excessive oil loss".
They do not happen on all cars, but have high occurance.#3 is the most
serious, and some people lost severaal quarts in 2000 miles!!! |

就是烧掉了25%，严重么？

找师傅换了valve stems and guide，不管用
这种情况会导致更严重的问题么？

synthetic 5quart , 23刀， 一个oil filter 10刀。 sonata V6得6quart oil, 又用了以前买的mobile one的1 quart。
第一次干干净净，清清爽爽的换了次机油，以前几次都是油流满地，乌七八糟的。 |

我同意了。但是他答应，出了任何问题他都负责。
正确步骤的第一步是在车底倒光oil。结果他错误地把transmission oil倒光了。当时
还不知道。
然后他换了filter，有加了5 quart的oil。他检测车前盖里的那个长长的金属丝，发现
已经超过了H，也没做任何补救措施。
结果开了车发现不对劲，就开了50米，拐了几个弯，倒着走了个下坡，停下了。开车时
发现车没有力气，走得很慢，无法上坡。
然后才发现他错误地把transmission oil倒光了。
他的补救措施：
1、他立即在车底倒掉一些oil，然后检测车前盖里的那个长长的金属丝，确定oil在H和
L之间。
2、买来transmission oil，把整整一大瓶transmission oil都加到车前盖里的
transmission oil的管道里面。把车启动，几分钟后检测车前盖里的那个长长的
transmission oil的金属丝，发现不论HOT还是COLD那里都没有任何油的痕迹。
然后他把车直接开回我家，大约10 mile。
他说明天会再买t |

我开了两年，起初的时候就是开大概3000miles需要3/4quart的样子。最近开车比较多
，离上次换机油才不到2个月的时间，昨天早上发动车的时候，就有很大的噪音，就像
是严冬的早上车子通常会比较响的那种声音，但是这个声音还要更大一些。
我赶紧检查了机油，那个指示杆上面一点痕迹都没有。。。加了2个quart才恢复到了正
常的水平。可是今天早上起来，还是有不太正常的噪音。。。
请问大家，会不会车有什么问题了。。。或者机油加了后，过几天就会老了？
非常非常感谢！！ |

上6年50,000多miles了，一直是1500~2000mile一qt，看是高速还是local了。修不值得
加机油的钱。 |

the time, adding more oil will solve the problem. It happened to me once, I
stopped in half a mile in a parking lot. I happened to have a 2 quarts of
engine oil in my trunk. The oil light went off after adding more oil. I
drove the car to my work (20 mi) without any problem. The dealer said the
engine was not damaged at all. |

而且manual的建议是1万迈换一次油。平常自己加点油就可以了。
但是建议两次换油之间不要加超过0.5quarter。

Ford的大dealer.
到了家里，不放心，自己查了一下机油的level. 标准操作，擦干净dipstick,在伸到底
。发现油超过了MAX那个圆点，正好覆盖了‘MAX' 。车停的位置稍稍有些向车头方向倾
斜，应该还算水平。
Manual上说不能超过MAX那个mark,否则有伤发动机。查了receipt, 写着加了6 quarts
请教大家这正常么，是否需要回去找dealer去掉一些油呢？
