昨天跟Kaleege谈到Queer Theory的话题，谈到这个理论怎么来的，我写了一些自己所
知道的，发到Queer Club跟大家分享一下吧。
Gender的概念是由Gayle Rubin在1970年代提出来的，在她的硕士论文里面，她认为人
的性别分为社会性别（Gender）和生物性别（Sex），前者由社会，文化，教育等决定
，不是自然二元对立的，可以是多元的，也可以改变，不是一成不变的。而后者则决定
于人的染色体，荷尔蒙等，是一个生物概念。
后来1980年福柯出版了他的The History of Sexuality Vol.1，他提出，所谓自然决定
的男女二元对立的生物性别sex，其实也是由Ideology of Sexuality这个一个概念塑造
起来的，这个概念的产生和流行是出于18世纪法国资产阶级发展需要。因为资产阶级社 |

摘要: 有些人对酷儿理论解读，认为性倾向是高度可塑的，这对于推动性少数群体
的权益提升有破坏作用。中国同志运动的困境之一，是很多人(包括很多同志自己
)都相信性倾向是高度可塑的。而现有各国同性婚姻法的立法依据，都是基于一个
事实，即性倾向是先天形成的、是自身不可控制、无法选择的，是与种族、肤色等
因素一样的天然属性，所以才应该允许同性结婚。同志运动应该以人为本，同志们
健康的自我认同和自我接受才是真正动力。
几天前，我和洛杉矶同志中心的两位美国年轻女同一起去机场迎接来中心实习的四
位中国同志活动家。出发之前，我们先在实习生们即将居住的房子里闲谈了一阵，
她们问起中国同志运动的现状，我谈到了酷儿理论在中国的影响。很有意思的是，
她们两位中的一位了解酷儿理论, 但反应很不屑，而另一位则从来没听说过酷儿理
