My comment: Xiamen and Kinmen (aka--short for "also known as"--Quemoy) is
divided by waters of kilometers wide. A trip by ferry will take 20 minutes.
It is hard to reconcile that with a trip by boat from Quemoy to City of
Taichung, which is at least 100 miles (or 160 km) apart. |

(1) "中国人不打中国人"? NEVER thought of in Taiwan, even when we considered
ourselves Chinese--make it 正統 (note the past tense, indicating it was
ancient time). Indeed, neither the invasion force nor the defenders thought
about it in the October 1949 invasion of Quemoy/Kinmen, in which the
invasion force was wiped out.

(1) China does not even have WS-2. Chinese talk about it for a decade, as if
for real. I told them that it was bull. They just kept lying.

My comment:
(a) Henry Kissinger (born 1923) is 88 years old.
(b) This is an abstract of his new book. I see nothing new, except teh first
two paragraphs. I do not know if Mr Kissinger misinterpret it or Beijing/
Chinese really think so, about Yellow Emperor. In Taiwan, it (story of
Yellow Emperor) is just a myth.
