Minolta RD-175, a 1.75-megapixel digital SLR camera(1995).
Casio QV-11 (with LCD monitor, late 1995)
Sony's Cyber-Shot Digital Still Camera (1996).
Minolta差不多很牛了，能和Kodak同步了，而且是个Digital SLR
