我的两个孩子都是用强解决不了问题的主，所以我各种方法并用。一个好习惯的建立需
要时间，孩子也需要个适应的过程，把自己转化成孩子想问题，想方法。把孩子的自主
性充分利用起来，比如孩子要自己穿衣服，即使穿不好，也要鼓励，而不是说，你看你
，做不好，我来帮你吧。
在daycare，有时候正赶上孩子们clean up，老师一吆喝clean up，孩子们就开始收拾
了。我家老二班里的老师，如果那个孩子偷懒不收拾，老师会让那个孩子吧整个屋子都
收拾了，惩罚力度还是可观的。我在家里clean up的吆喝时从学校里学来的，估计我家
孩子有点条件反射了。呵呵。老二班里的孩子基本上三岁的时候都是自己把床单套到
mat上，自己叠blanket。和daycare的老师学了不少招，比如他们穿外套的方法，我家
孩子都是在学校里学的。
老大班的孩子大了4－5岁，他们的设置是不同的center，其实就是在一个教室 里分割
出不同的区域。我曾经在班里帮忙过，所以大体知道怎么运作。一个center基本上只允
