There's no bike lane for bikes in this city, it's qutie dangerous for daily
commute especially during rush hour, plus you need to take shower after
arriving in the office. Biking as workout should be nice. |

Cash deal has been seen in Cupertino area qutie often in the last year or so.
I even noticed one in Sunnyvale (Cupertino school though), closed in 3 days, which most likely means cash offer.
It appears to have something to do with China's policies to cool off real estate market in China starting about a year ago.
Those people can't buy in China so they come to buy international.
The impact in bay area is very limited, only probably to Cupertino, and perhaps Sunnyavle.

Beautiful photography. Spiritually fresh, although not much different from the
Chinese culture of view. Emotionally touching, but the last scence is a little bit
corny. It's qutie unusual that Americans can do such a subtal movie.
In some sense, it is a little similar to the Korean movie '武士', since the
motif is similar. |
