好像不少人对他家的code test比较感兴趣，4个小时两道题，每个人遇到的题目可能不

前掌基本还是完全没有任何cushion, 俺害怕会像上次比赛一样，
腿抽得厉害， 想想还是保守一点， 换个cushion稍多一点的比赛。。
下午去road runner sports逛， 话说我们这个是总店， 隔壁还
有个他的打折销售点， 很多别人试过1次， 基本全新的鞋打折卖，
俺淘了4双俺的码子的：Kinvara/DS racer 8/Speedstar 5/Mana 5
试了试， 最后还是挑了DS racer 8和Speedstar 5， 俺似乎还是更
适应ASICS的鞋一些， DS racer 8算轻微的stability racer, cushion
明显比HS4 多不少， 新一代的Speedstar造型也很酷， 穿起来也非常
舒服， 两双鞋100刀， 感觉还不错， 跑跑再决定穿那个上场。。
然后去他们总店里试了试其他的鞋， 他们的跑鞋真的是好全， 很多
别的地方没有的racing flats/Newton/VFF都很全。。
感觉：

阿迪现在狂做广告的神鞋，号称穿500迈还跟新的一样有弹性，试了试新材料的确
很软的样子，不过阿迪还是一如既往的窄，宽脚自动略过

印象中我买过streak 3,给退了，这回试了试4代，后跟的确厚，带个air的垫子，
不过有很强的arch support, 没法穿，难道黑人都是平脚？

的确比1代强，arch support没有了，不过感觉前掌cushion有点太多..

还不错，cushion比较多，稍窄

忘了啥型号了，鞋底的确跟体操垫一样厚，我是估计没法穿的..

Asics Gel DS Racer 9, Brooks Racer ST 5, Mizuno Wave Musha 5,
感觉其实有点support的racer都还不错...小腿强的可以试试Saucony Type A5.. |

别也是明显的。recreational skier 99%都是静态重心靠后的，你可以在lift上看一下。
关键是转弯的时候有这个hip move forward的过程，you should have your center of
mass far enough forward as you tip and pressure the ski at turn initiation,
so that you're pressuring the front boot cuff to add an optimal amount of
reverse camber bend to the front of the ski early enough in the turn to
carve a tighter turn, with less skidding, at that speed.如果重心一直在boot后

Hot Pursuit是轮流当racer和警察，当警察的时候bust掉所有racer就完成任务。因为
是4对4，所以分工合作也是很重要的。当racer的话不仅要避免被bust也要争第一。这
个mode实在太好玩了
intercepter是1vs1的HP mode，Race没有警察，8人race，这两个都玩得比较少 |

其实人都有点小虚荣
原本我也觉得那些无知虚荣的，物质欲强又永远不足的人，很可悲。
但是，我这样以自己的价值观幸福观，去judge别人的幸福程度，那也是拿自己的标尺
去印量别人的幸福。而且呢，你这篇，本质也还是觉得自己不那么俗，你还是比那些
rat racer的人生品位要高， 这里面也是暗含一个高低之分的， 我这么说不是指责你
，我其实同意你的观点，也许我同样对rat racer有一种清高的不屑。
所以呐。。。人，完全不比，是不可能的。 人之所以形成一个对自己identity的认识
，对社会的认知，就是通过对环境的理解，自己和环境的互动，自己行为的反射，etc
，形成的。
所谓幸福，其实每个人都有追寻ta心中幸福的权利。
rat racer觉得不断攀爬，不断攀比，从方方面面找自己的优越感的地方，那么也是ta
的幸福。
物质欲的人，就觉得买了东西，就高兴，别人给她买了东西就是她的幸福。
你如果幸福不是由此而来，你肯定就无从理解了。
无欲则刚是一个理想。
知足常乐，是比较平和的人生态度。
是否修炼得了，那还得看悟性。 |

我发现n多ex-racer都喜欢收藏鞋子，哈哈哈
你要不换粮试试，我听很多人说过gh吃有些粮就是软便，比如costco那款grain free的
akc greyhound总体来说更playful一些，说白了就是更像狗，不知道是不是因为从小在
一般家庭长大。ex-racer一般更down to business，easier to live with，manner都
很好。每次我家这个跟ex-racer一起活动都是最丢人的一个。。。
总之各有优缺点，akc需要花点时间training，nga就是人家专业训好了的，养起来太容
易了，我感觉如果不缺钱我可以轻松同时养五只啊！akc一般没有separation啊sound
phobia啊这些问题，bone cancer几率也小不少。其它更多就是看personality了 |

上大学的时候， 你儿子成绩要是不太好， 把他的性别填成女的，录取概率高些。没人
敢说歧视。
同理， 要解决硅谷公司的diversity 问题， 只要把一些男员工convert成transgender
, 那没有人敢把这些人不当女人看待。 哈哈， 同时解决diversity & LBGT 问题。
既然不能歧视transgender， 那也不能歧视 trans-racer 呢？trans-racer 就是白人
自认为是黑人的，或者黑人自认为是白人的。

It's disingenuous to say or infer that AWD enhances cornering prowess, or

比赛NorthShore Inline Marathon，赛前的三个目标全部达到：（1）卫冕5岁及以下组
50米的冠军；（2）破掉他去年创造的记录；（3）滑完半程马拉松（13.1mile，约合21
公里）。

1、 报名
7月份刚刚带儿子参加了美国第二大的轮滑赛事Chicago Inline Marathon的儿童14岁及
以下组的2英里比赛，他获得了第3名；这以后我们基本每天滑7-10迈。经常我自己都累
得喘不上气了，儿子还是一身轻松，还直说不累。我倒是要试试他到底能坚持多久，就
带他在city trail上滑了2次半马13迈，没想到他都能在85分钟左右完成（不过中间要
休息2次，没计时间），我就萌生了干脆带他一起滑NorthShore半马的想法。
8月份给他和我自己从网上报了名，我自己没问题，但报名网站自动把他disqualify了
