有一点你是说对了，美国的种族问题的确和经济/政治状况高度相关。美国最早的
racial difference其实不是建立在肤色的基础上，而是于经济，殖民相关。比如最早
的Irish移民，因为穷，而且是British Colony，而被认为是不同的race。
在17世纪末，基于肤色的racial difference被首先提出来，是因为在当时白人和黑人
workers联合起来反对aritocratic class的阶级剥削，通过racial difference来打破
阶级联盟。后来race又被用来Justify slavery。早期许多Irish immigrants也是
slaves，到后来才被racialize成只有黑人的。
既然你觉得我举的例子是只见树木不见森林，那请你高屋建瓴的阐述下当前美国社会的
racial harmony吧，如何缓和，如何共处，如何去segregation的。

一定是对亚裔不利的。这个政策为什么没有人反对？就因为手段
