发帖数: 175 | 15 第一次在WI吃罚单，地点在I-94 Racine附近，限速65开80，没有超车，当天车少路上
车流很快，我跟在最后不幸被抓。有两个问题想请教一下大家。
1.罚单上要求不必出庭，但要交罚款外加扣4 points，我以前在其他州遇到这种情况只
是交钱了事不会影响保险，不知在WI这种扣点会不会导致涨保险？
2.还有一种选择是出庭，或者enter a "not guilty" plea by mail，对于后者我想问
一下大家有没有试过，效果怎么样？
希望有经验的朋友指点一下，谢谢！ |

the ticket and never cash the refund check。有的州work有的不。
在高速上开80的ticket, court appeal应该没什么用。 这一地区最高限速就是65.开80
基本没有理由可以去argue。55的限速开70还可以说没看到限速变了。而且，如果给你
ticket的龟儿子也在庭，在任何州，任何speeding的case都不太可能对你有利。you
only have a shot when the mf isn't there. Not guilty by mail 对于speeding 能
work 的可能性基本为0。
再么就是花钱找律师，有很多这样的律师可以帮你把ticket搞掉。but there is a
cost...
WI的警察是出了名的变态。多少年都是这样。WI的drivers也是出了名的慢。也不知道
谁是鸡谁是蛋。在这里开车尤其要眼观八方。
And btw, 听到几次人都是在racine被抓，熟人说那个小区域的 guideline是 >=12mph.
