不想发在美新版，几乎没有讨论，就是污言秽语。
早上的新闻说谈到这个事情，说了两点：
第一，如果Trump真的认为法官没有给了他不公平的判决，他可以让律师去经过法律程
序投诉，让法官回避.....但是这个需要有真实的法律依据，而不是仅仅说法官是墨西
哥人；如果没有法律依据去投诉，律师会被法庭警告甚至会采取措施....到现在，
Trump没有让他的律师去法律投诉，说明他和他的律师也知道他们没有真实依据。
第二，按照他的逻辑，几乎谁都不可以当法官审他的案子。穆斯林不可以，黑人不可以
，亚裔也不可以，女人也不可以，佛教徒也不可以，民主党法官也不可以。
按照他的逻辑，美国的司法体系就不用玩了。我是一个亚裔，我上了法庭，是不是只有

其实这说明qpz是个racist，看问题是从种族的角度来看的。
报名上大学，是每个美国公民的权利，每个申请人都是独立的个体，都享有平等的权利。
大学录取不录取一个申请人，要根据其个人的知识水平和智力来决定，合格就录取，不
合格就不录取，不关种族什么事。
如果把种族因素引入录取机制，那就是racism，只不过换了个名称，叫做AA。
华人40%入学率，说明这40%的华人都合格。但不说明剩下的60%的华人就不合格，有可
能80%甚至100%的华人都符合加州大学的录取标准。
人家合格而你不录取，那就是剥夺了人家的合法权益。
华人是在争取每个合格者入学的合法权益，只有按种族考虑问题的Racist才会说这是贪
