finishing attic, local building code 要求顶楼屋顶装r-38 隔热棉，是12吋厚，县
里要求我把现有的顶楼（阁楼） 的10"by 2" 的rafter再往下加2吋。
怎么把新加的 2x2固定到rafter的底部？要用很长的钉子穿透新加的 2x2（可能用2x3，那钉子要就更长了)，还是斜斜的钉？还是侧面加
铁片？ |

话说两年前和atm老大在indian wells看球时就约好某年某日拉着队伍去san diego和他
们大部队先搞个南北加对抗赛，然后再一起去indian wells看网球大牌们怎么摘叶杀人
。。。。湾区打球小伙伴们一呼百应，选在3.1415pi日子里，除了战神最近不务网球正
业，猛哥最后一刻墨迹抛弃组织，湾区帮里rafter网球伉俪，白狮，洪队，狐狸，湾网
和另外几位平时只在网版潜水的伙伴们兵分四路，周五下午长驱750公里，直奔atm老巢
。。。
ATM和各位san diego的球友们，周密详细安排好周六一天的活动，10点开始吃早茶。10

然后决赛打麦肯罗，发上对发上，真心好看。俩人场内的位置感和volley的手感太牛了
。不过没看完，不知道谁赢了。应该是rafter，麦肯罗太老了
rafter的发球并不是特别暴力，但是可以为他的下一拍volley做非常好的setup，很有

次赛事，这几天他呕心沥血废寝忘食日理万机 在与东西部协调协商后最终敲定了东西
部对抗赛的规则和阵容。
本次比赛所有自媒体相关信息，均通过洪水哥《湾区网事》进行特别报道。

块的比赛都计入胜负，其中大决战的胜负为大混战胜负的子集。

比赛期间，所有东西方球员的对决结果均计入比赛胜负。混战的胜负采用三盘
两胜，每场比赛胜者得一分。

采用usta纽约赛制，双方赛五场，不同场次不同权重，1d（6），2d（4），3d

情况：
91年建的房子，slab foundation. 7年前Owner把gutter去了。现在garage有
settlement,garage墙上有一裂缝 (<1/4"shifting, 不仅仅是cracking).garage地上还
有其他几处cracking。10年前做了一个piering。现需加两个piering。garage上方
attic有3个carcked rafter. Dinning roof上方有1个cracked rafter。Dinning room
和garage几乎挨着。房子近半窗户都很难关上，pocket door几乎都stick.
房子其他状况都近乎理想。
价格：
我自己估计，如果没有foundation问题的话，该房子现在出价低于市场价约$10K.现在
我们想bail,但卖家很愿意进一步谈判，希望我们再考虑考虑。我们该砍多少价格会物
有所值（在seller修好所有inspection毛病的基础上）？我们是第一个出offer的。房
子上市当天就出了offer。

夏时制开始后，球场的灯熄的比以前早了。以至于打到9点半，
半边场地全黑了，只好move到另一半，一开始只有一个空场地。
大家围观Rafter和一个童子功的同学打球。不过只要步伐和
手感稍微弱一点，就会被Rafter攻击到。Rafter的球路真是
我的dream style。
逐渐的边上又有场地空出来了，baytennis的体力真是没话说，
等到zamboni和小钢炮的比赛结束后，又约我到那边打10
points的tie break。这次我先到9：6领先，然后就在默念
千万不要再被翻船，还好在我错失两个game points后，
baytennis进攻失误，奔着service corner打了一个正手，
刚好出界一点点。不然很可能又要翻船了。
然后再开始一个tie break，不过在1：3的时候，正在我双反
准备打一个中场球的时候，整个球场的灯都熄了。不过球还是
打回去了，我在黑暗中宣称我又追了一分。哈哈
之后还好记得收了摄像机，不然那些录像就没有了。
本来说一起去吃宵夜，结果湾区的牌瘾真是厉害，赶回旅馆打
texas holdem去了。据说一直打到凌晨4点。然后接着去IW

拉球会走线，然后用手拉拉直。 再过一会儿线弯了再拉拉直。
几次下来就断了 :(
在Boston， 约2001年， 一个pro shop的人吹牛说他刚给 Rafter 换线，

基本只找战神打双打:) lj对rafter 只能算稍占优吧，主要是体力横扫，两周前两人打

发帖数: 7178 | 40 可以像你那样理解，就是滴水兽是个排水口，脊兽相当于镇纸。规矩造出来的确就是给
人打破的。唯一的问题是打破的人是否有那个规矩的意识在心里。知其不可为而为之是
气概，什么都不知道照猫画虎是无知。这俩还是有区别的。
宫殿建筑里的四坡的确是庑殿顶。这个跟住宅的四坡比又有可很大的差别，因为面积太
大了。下雨的时候形成的水流冲击力不是民宅那个可以比的。所以民宅的椽子（rafter
)可以直接做成平直的下去就行。但是你注意看宫殿建筑的大屋顶，不管是歇山还是庑
殿，是一个中端下凹的曲线，末尾起来那段叫“起翘”。就是为了让高速留下来的水横
着滑出去，而不是直接往地面砸。屋顶做成什么样最合适要根据具体的建筑功能和形式
去推敲。你看美国那么多民宅，绝大多数也就一个hip一个gable齐活儿。要别出心裁就
得算计好可能出现的种种问题，然后借鉴着以前的经验来解决。
建筑的本意是挡风遮雨么，所以跟自然接触面积大机会多的地方肯定是最先磨损风化的
。尤其是棱角突出的地方，更容易被损伤。我前面说四坡顶保温维护起来麻烦是相对于
两坡顶而言。比如斜着出去那四个小脊就得找着正脊的防水来做，两坡就没这个问题了

and none of the seven equality-related cases are among them. That means the
