I think this is my best B2B time ever.
Took Bart with Shoma to the city. Arrived at Embarcadero at 6:30am. The
Corral A entry was just a block away from the Bart station exit. The start
was better organized than before. Enough porta john for use before entering
into the corral. We met with other Bad_Unkowns gangs after moving to the
Corral A.
Felt like the hill workout paid off on the Hayes hill, no walking this time.

我现在1个月跑1次。。。感觉还可以。。。这个月5k下个月10k再下个月ragnar relay
再下个月考虑marine corps或者再下下个月去richimond...
不知道跑多了会不会过几年就养伤了。。。 |
