发帖数: 3065 | 50 我最近对股市非常的bullish，认为这是一个很大的牛市的开端。造成这个牛市的原因，一大半是宽松货币，一小部分是实体经济的发展。以前的股市周期和实体经济景气的周期吻合度相对较高，现在貌似越来越低。当你实行零利率的时候，你是很难衡量一个经济体的发展到底如何。因为钱不是从投资建设销售中来，可能只是勃难起洒下来的。
长期投资应该尽量避免受景气循环影响大的行业。
可以肯定的是贫富差距越来越大，人口越来越多。有一些行业是我09年以来最近特别关注的，适合逐渐加仓长期持有。
1.富人购买力越来越强
COH，EL，RL，DECK，美国人太土，奢侈品股票大多在欧洲
2.烟酒类
RAI,MO,PM,LO,DEO,BUD...
3.奶粉
MJN
4.廉价超市
DLTR，ROST，TJX，DG。。。
5.当铺
EPZW，FCFS，CSH
6.便宜餐馆
MCD，BWLD，YUM。。。

补充一点，零利率不可能永远维持，美国总有一天会升息，后果就是对负债率高的企业造成严重打击。所以长期持有的股票一定不可以高负债。 |
