这是一部比较糟糕的Spiderman
作为系列重启的第二部
完全没有达到Sam Raimi当年Spiderman 2的水准（也许是最好的一部Spiderman电影）
反派过多，故事线支离破碎凌乱不堪
绿魔这一支线实在多余，情节无聊，人物更无聊
电光人作为主线的故事也马马虎虎
和蜘蛛侠的互动略有新意，不过也没有更深入的挖掘
犀牛怪就不说了
浪费了一个很好的演员
也许下一部还能出现，也许不会了
三个反派的设定自然让人很容易拿来和Sam Raimi的Spiderman 3相比
绿魔，沙人和毒液在Spiderman 3中的角色显然更加有趣
沙人的特效也相当不错
电光人的特效让我看得哈欠连连
也许最能引人注意的是时代广场那一段动作场面
不过不管在特效还是动作戏的抓人程度上都显得很平庸
小清新的爱情戏码本来是Marc Webb这一系列的一大看点
可是一旦跨过恋爱初期的青涩甜蜜
这一部两个人的纠缠交错却显得老套和做作
纵观全片，无论爱情戏或者动作戏，几乎找不到一处出彩的地方
唯一令人莞尔的反倒是小蜘蛛和梅姨斗嘴的几场戏
作为蜘蛛侠的铁杆拥趸

发帖数: 39120 | 8 北京时间6月13日消息，据香港媒体报道，昨天上海国际电影节成龙动作电影周开幕，成龙与导演Sam Raimi、陈德森、钱嘉乐等一同出席开幕论坛。成龙坦言，以往香港动作片武戏部分都太过夸张，而且因过度强调动作而忽略剧本内容，称非常想出演一部全片没有任何打戏以剧情取胜的片子。成龙同时还揭露某些打星根本不会打，还差些忍不住想点名此人。
成龙称随着国际间电影交流的密切，才发现以往香港动作片纯粹是为了动作而动作，荷里活拍摄一部动作片会将剧情、摄影等元素放在前列，而不少香港电影则是动作为先。很多片子的“动作”是纯粹为寻求刺激，会带坏小朋友。所以成龙近期拍摄电影前半部都不加动作，只描绘剧情人物，后半段才切入动作片段。陈德森导演称，曾有人好意提醒，认为作为动作片导演前半部没有打斗会不会让观众半途退场，对此陈导认为正是要让观众在前半段的剧情里爱上片中角色，后半段打戏才会真正关注人物命运发展。
论坛中，成龙还数次离开自己座位在台上现场演示以往自己拍摄的动作片段，自称其动作夸张到太假，现在回看都会不好意思。之后突然感叹真心希望可以拍摄一部全程没有打斗的片子。

第一部要说有点小清新还保留的原版漫画的一些精神，比如不再自己产丝
第二部情节混乱，某知名boss也就出来晃荡两下就没了
该煽情的地方也煽不动，不知道是不是偶老了
这样看来raimi的第二部蜘蛛侠还好看点 |
