说说我是怎么给孩子挑书的吧.
半岁至两岁, 所有的英文书都是在Tjmaxx或Costco买的, 它们卖的书都不错, 我唯一买
错了的书是"逃家小兔", 这本书很有名, 但我们全家都不喜欢. 这段时期所有的书都是
用中文讲的, 因为我家小朋友说话很晚, 所以尽量全中文以免他困惑.
两岁两个月开始从图书馆借书, 最初我按两个奖项来选, 只选中几本, 但从中发现了几
个很好的作家, Laura Seeger, Mo Willems, Uri Shulevitz. 特别是Shulevitz, 他的
画颜色较暗, 但我家孩子很喜欢, 可能因为读"Rain Rain Rivers"时碰上下雨,读"Snow
"时碰上下雪.
我再来选书就有经验了, 一是根据孩子的兴趣和最近活动(比如冬天去沙滩度假,春天看

我现在有腕伤,疼的部位是尺骨(ulna)和月状骨(lunate)还有三角骨(triquetral)的结
合部。
看了医生,第一次打球之后已经疼得不行，打了封闭,用的是cortisone,养了一个半月，
不疼了。恢复了轻度的打球，没什么感觉。大概有一个多月后打了场高水平的比赛，又
觉得不舒服，这已经有大概三个星期没打球了，腕伤也没觉得有任何好转。当然这次也
没有打封闭。
第一次看医生的时候，照了X光，诊断骨头没有问题。说是软组织损伤。原因是我的尺
骨由于基因的原因长得稍微长了一点，所以摩擦到了上面的软组织，造成伤害。我问他
为什么以前没有这个问题，他说我变老了所以现在有问题了。
他说的解决办法是做手术把尺骨削短。
想请教是否这个医生说的有道理。如果他的诊断是正确的，做手术是一种好办法么？
有没有别的办法，比如说针灸？ 为什么休息了三个星期一直不见好转。

出的年代，有很多明星往往是各领风骚三五年，而且很难吸所有人的关注。二十年前不是
这样，那时候出现一个明星，无论男女老幼，万众瞩目，所以把很多人留在了我们的记忆
深处。今天我们请来的这位嘉宾，就是一个能够唤起我们很多回忆的老明星，有请原中国
男排的主力队员，也是前主教练——汪嘉伟！

我们做这期节目，很多朋友提的第一个问题就是，他还像当年那么帅吗？我觉得您风采不
减当年，就光走过来这几步，我们能感觉到有种不羁的味道，好像满不在乎。这是您当年
打比赛的时候，给我留下的印象。当时您有一个标志性动作，抹头发是吧？

现在有时候还抹，习惯了。

很多人跟我说，您是一个打排球的天才，因为您接触排球运动时间并不长就进入到专业队
，然后就进入到国家队。

我觉得应该可以这么说，不能说是天才，但是有这个缘分。首先我的身材，手臂的长短，
体形各方面都适合搞运动。原来我小学的时候是在上海，踢踢足球…… |

弗雷德里克·弗朗索瓦·肖邦（Frédéric-François Chopin，1810年3月1日 -
1849年10月17日），是一位波兰音乐家、 作曲家、钢琴家。双鱼座。
《雨滴》创作于1838年，是浪漫主义钢琴前奏曲的创始人肖邦所创作的二十四首前奏曲
之一。二十四首前奏曲对整个浪漫主义音乐中产生重要的影响。《雨滴》是一首流行甚
广的前奏曲，它始终反复着一个单音，并伴随着单调的节奏，的确有雨水滴答之感。
