before you has acted with a check, or you're first to act. Remember, this
isn't a RAISE, this is a bet, because the first person to put in chips
during a round of betting is putting in a BET, not a raise. Once a BET is

have straight flush draws, you can reraise all in on flop when raised, but
at turn that is a -EV move for sure and you have to lay it down.
check raise turn also risks giving the other player a free turn card for draw. It works best against player that likes to semi-bluff on turn. |

可以用的几个filter是：
1. open raise + not see flop (win or fold preflop)
2. position? (MP + LP + SB)
这里面当然有强牌raise，没想好是不是要过滤掉一些。从别人的角度来看，他是不管
你强牌或弱牌的，只要open raise就是偷盲，呵呵。

these are semi blocking raises for small SCs and PPs. they want to take
control of the table/action with small baits.
you either:
1) don't limp/call and play out of position with them;
2) punch them hard with a wider range of cards in position, push up to $25-
30, and make them pay bigger preflop out of position;
3) limp raise big with monsters once in a while. most of ppl will call their

理它们，初步想来可能有几种方案：
1.一种是把raised bed稍微避开sprinkler一点，也是最简单的方法，但缺点是因为空
出一小行草地，今后要常常处理这行草地的草，同时这些sprinkler是和其他一些
sprinkler一起启动的，所以一旦开启sprinkler, 水将喷洒到raised bed 的壁上，浪
费水资源
2.把sprinkler head取出，然后把bed安在上面，这样就把地下的喷头堵住了，今后要
再用这些是不是就很麻烦？
3.另外，把sprinkler head取出后，有否可能利用下面的水管，安装bed的滴灌系统，
这应该是最理想的，但不知道如何操作？

自然的地里，有着各种各样的杂草种子。种菜的过程就是和杂草斗争的过程。
raised bed最关键的一点就是只用买来的土，那是sterile的。
如果你用地里翻上来的土，那么raised bed一样要担心杂草，就毫无意义了。 |

接上weed blocker和raised bed。今年只是小面积试验田，用不了太多土，就不打算在
local soil company买了，homedepot/lowes解决就行了。
问题是应该加什么土。已经在home depot买了garden soil，但是袋子上的说明讲要1：
1mix garden soil和native soil.可是我不打算挖地，哪里来native soil.请问各位前
辈可以用home depot买的top soil和garden soil混吗？homedepot的人推荐raised bed

两头用3尺的板子一封，放到后院能见光的边上，中间先铺打了洞的塑料薄膜，然后填
土当Raised Bed菜地用。
但是领导问了一句：这样的Raised Bed的好处是什么？
想了半天，想出个“能防止草坪的除草剂进入种的菜”来当理由。
这个理由成立么？感觉毛细虹吸后，旁边的草地的水还是能进入菜地。

LD怕我三分钟热情，最终决定今天去买木头回来做两个raised bed. 有一个已经搞好
了，12 feet 长，2 feet宽，2 feet 高。做完了我一看，怎么这么一长条呢，而且好
高。 我的意见是就1 feet高好了，但整个4 feet宽的吧。

然无限费心的培养我，感觉却是push me forward 更多一点，尤其中学以后不记得得到
多少鼓励，觉得大多数时候都是自己给自己打气。我跟他算是知己把。高中的时候两人
成绩差不多，都立志要考清华，总有点较劲的意思。又住在前后楼，经常半夜里看着他
家窗台的灯光督促自己多学一会儿。大学的时候不在一个地方，那时候我想出国，假期
里都准备考试或者上新东方，他去公司intern或者上新东方，他比我还self push，两
人就没几天是在一起的。可能当年没少写信相互鼓励把，记不清了，好像我寄给他的东
西很多都是英语资料考研书什么的。后来分手不联系了，遇见LG是个比较知足随遇而安
的，自从和lg在一起感觉自己也越来越混日子了，得过且过。中间也跟他恢复过一段联
系，因为结婚生娃又断掉了。这两年倒是又有联系了，我在这边加班，他在国内加班，
经常都是很累心情很压抑的时候找他聊聊天诉诉苦，交流一下同被老板折磨被迫加班的

Let me provide a possible explanation to the 38%: The poll question (do you
support raising taxes for the 2%?). I totally agree with you that humans are
selfish and greedy (which by the way has been the main source of mankind's
progress). The 60% supported it probably just out of admiration/jealousy/
hatred toward the rich. The 38% did not support probably because they have
some sympathy towards the rich or hatred towards some lazy welfare people.

ATLANTA — Channel 2 Action News has obtained an email sent to Atlanta
police that says traffic ticket money will fund future pay raises.
An Atlanta police source told Channel 2’s Amy Napier Viteri there are
