所谓「美国梦」，是指在美国只要勤奋工作，不但能拥有自己的房子，生活也会比上一
代好。但最近几年来这个梦想正在幻灭中，因为美国的房价节节攀升、普罗大众的薪资
却停滞不前。根据圣路易联准银行发布的一项最新研究，在加拿大、英国或丹麦，反而
比较可能圆梦。
这项由史丹福大学经济学教授伽帝（Raj Chetty）撰写的研究，将所谓「美国梦」的概
念定义为所得分配最底层五分之一的家庭所生小孩，有能力跻身所得分配最顶层五分之
一。在美国，这项机率只有7.5%，但在加拿大，机率升至13.5%，几乎是美国的两倍。
在英国及丹麦分别有9%与11.7%。
人们对「美国梦」的信念一直在消退中，69%的受访者表示，现在要圆梦的障碍「比以

其实说穿了，这是另外一种形式的男尊女卑和嫁鸡随鸡。该女外交印度，就立刻开始美
化印度,丑化中国;心甘情愿而且迫不及待向男方的文化打开双腿,与此同时自动自觉的

没用，Fremont BMW就更别提了。

一个Mountain View BMW。他们两家通常会beat对方的price，我最近2台车都在
Mountain View BMW买的。他们家有个sales叫Raj还不错，老印中很少这么实诚的。
如果最近特别急需买车可能就没什么cash back了，一般cash back貌似都是年底才有，
去年尤其多。当然湾区其他dealer也会beat价格，但是要么太远要么态度一般啊。 |
