A week ago, in the 2012 Kagawa Marugame International Half Marathon, former
NCAA star Alistair Cragg ran 1:03:39 and finished 65th. 58 Japanese men ran
faster than him in this race. Only 17 Americans had run faster than this
time in ALL of 2011. Yuki Kawauchi ran 1:02:18 and only placed 27th. This is

我2年前第一次参加这个长跑俱乐部，据说成员超过百人。这些人训练各种距离的比赛
都有，从5公里、10公里、半程马拉松（13.1英里，21.1公里），到全程马拉松（26.2

ip ran才处于从无到有的地步（之前的T1那些处于被淘汰的，不算有），上面还没有把
CEoP流行起来，也没有视频监控，而且整个拓扑由于人口密度特殊性，大部分都是hub
and spoke这种，不像国内可以轻松上fiber ring，至于上面跑PON还是Ethernet都轻松
。不敢多说了，美国在ip ran上落后国内5年是有的。 |

but why it only slow after I ran it once. If I open the excel the first
time and run it, it is very fast. then if I ran it 2nd time, it is extremely
slow. so I close all my excel workbook and reopen the one with macro, and
run the macro again, it is fast again. I thought it was something wrong with
my macro.
in normal speed, my macro run within 3 min. when it is slow, it ran 3 hours.
