本報記者陳帆紐約報道：華裔陳先生日前在瀏覽一些視頻網站時，突然跳出一個聯
邦調查局（ FBI）警告網頁，指其瀏覽的網站含有違禁色情內容，違反版權法，進而凍
結電腦系統，要求72小時內經網上支付200元罰款，否則將以刑事罪名起訴。聯邦調查
局表示，聯邦調查局不會以電郵方式與民眾聯繫。如果有，應為網絡詐騙行動。
陳先生介紹，警告網頁彈出時，他正在瀏覽一些視頻網站。當時看到彈出網頁上的
FBI三個字母，當場就嚇蒙了，不知所措。網頁彈出的同時，筆記本電腦瀏覽器上方自
帶的視頻鏡頭也運作起來，網頁右方顯示正在進行視頻紀錄，更即時顯示出他的頭像。
陳先生說，整個警告網頁的設計與聯邦調查局的官方網頁一模一樣，就連網頁文末
留下的電郵聯絡方式也以fbi.gov結尾，讓他信以為真。在網頁彈出之後，陳先生的電
腦便不得動彈，強制關機再開機之後，顯示的仍是這個FBI網頁。陳先生不知如何是好
，將電腦送修，結果檢修方也表示無能為力，需要重裝整個電腦系統。

洛杉磯縣警局發布名為Ransomware的網路病毒警告，表示接到多起相關投訴，一旦受到
感染，受害者電腦將不受控制，病毒會將受害者帶到一個網站，告知若不支付罰款，將
會遭到FBI起訴。
家住蒙特利公園市的吳先生近日在家上網瀏覽一個成人網站時，電腦突然跳出一個無法
關閉的窗口，自稱是聯邦調查局的頁面，並告知吳先生因為瀏覽未成年色情影片、非法
下載等行為已經遭鎖定，同時列出多項罪狀的罰款，每項200元，只有通過現金卡
MoneyPak支付罰款，才可免遭訴訟。
看到此信息的吳先生，嚇得臉色大變，馬上電話求助朋友，拜託他們馬上購買現金卡，
一名從警的朋友獲知後，告訴吳先生這只是最近網路上流行的一種病毒和騙局，切莫當
真。
而洛縣警方也表示，最近持續收到受害者對於類似網路病毒的報警，他們指出，當受害
者感染該病毒後，電腦即無法操控，隨後就會發生類似於吳先生的情況，被騙錢財。
由於這種病毒，無需點擊，在遊覽一些安全措施較低的網站時會自動裝載在受害者的電

估计楼主下载什么工具软件之类的，特意在security里确认安装allowed from unknown
developer 染的
这种东西估计伪装成真的工具软件

常慢，今天没
事，重装系统，顺便把以前预装的垃圾清了。装的过程没有什么两样的。装完测了一下
，cpu 2.3,
graphic 2.0，其他还过得去。不过速度上没有什么不方便的。本来装了麦咖啡，可是
那家伙用了快
40%的cpu和100M内存，考虑到上次没有挡住那个ransomware，就卸了，用windows的免
费版。看来
windows lite又是个坑钱的东西。 |
