rare disease 里面，biallelic loss-of-function的 很多都是无法治疗的，根本无法
开发药物 （除了一些 已知的代谢疾病，可以进行 supplement治疗）。绝大多数
biallelic的 已知的rare disease 致病基因都是 细胞内的 蛋白问题，几乎无法开发
药物target。
Autosomal dominant的 rare disease 还是比较适合 开发target therapy的. |

pretty hot topic now. But to me, it is a joke to believe that the wall
street takes into account rare disasters when pricing assets. Just look at
the mess they have recently made. Are the same group of people smart enough
to take into account something like rare disasters? Anyway, people need
something sexy to work on, no matter how much sense it really makes.

右。但在7月份以后，产量占世界的97%以上（也有说95%的）的中国政府对稀土的限产
和出口控制的进一步加强，导致价格进一步飚升到年初价格的7倍左右。中国的稀土资

少国内稀土企业互相恶性压价和得到世界范围的定价权；提高稀土产品的附加值（就是
