这个A基因25年前在human里面就已经克隆出来的，PubMed上关于这个A基因的相关文章
有8000篇之多，但是奇怪的是这个基因在rat和mouse中的同源基因还没有被克隆出来，
和human的A基因有90%的蛋白同源性，而且也没有一个lab发表过这个rat或mouse的A基
因的克隆及功能分析文章，甚至所有研究rat或mouse的该基因上下游相关文章的实验设
计中，都是用human的A基因代入进行分析。
有没有人遇到过类似的情况？感觉面对一个很深的坑。 |

边就有一特别亮的路灯，所以我经常天摸黑的时候站在二楼观察后院动物活动情况。
另外就是土堆形状不对。
再有就是，我家后院至少有5-6个洞，根据不完全目测，至少有2-3只进进出出的。
唉，还以为会是gopher呢，结果闹半天还是人人喊打的rat。
黄鼠狼我估计也不是，黄鼠狼会这么密集么？就我们附近目光可及的4-5家townhouse后
院的样子就有至少十几只。
那么我就用用rat trap（黑塑料的tomcat)加花生酱了？嗯，放在洞口，估计准没跑儿？

得多。到HOMEDEPOT, WALMART,LOWES 问下mouse trap 在哪里卖。到货架前一看就知道
了。对付mouse 的trap 比较小，rat的比较大。我用过 mouse glue trap 对付 mouse,
一晚上就逮住了。据说木头老鼠夹也管用。不过被黏住 的 mouse 一般不会死，胆小的
怕不敢处理。 |

天了（最近关了暖气，吃了好多专家开的药，好些了），家里还有小BABY, 不想更多病
毒蔓延或者RAT MITES弄到房间里， 打算请专业的PEST CONTROL 公司尽快消灭掉。
网上查了TERMINIX, CLARK, HYDREX 和 GOT RATS RODENT PROOFING。 除了TERMINIX
评价特别不好，其他评价不一。有没有人用过好的PEST CONTROL 公司能彻底解决问题？

昨天在pda回了个帖子，不小心又惹得一群软工群起而攻，真是不好意思，就在这里一
并做个回复。 呵呵，考虑到软工们如derk者普遍读大段英文困难， 那你读得困难，我
的point就不能get across。 所以我还是中英文混搭，这个叫做 know your audience.
呵呵。

然而，一个带路党，把网址，文章，照片发给鱼警，并亲自指认，渔警根据网上图片证
据，开出巨额罚单（可能会大于5000刀吧，天呐）。
这事确实怨他。但是，还是想问一下带路党，你还是中国人吗？（要是入籍了算我没说
），你带路之前可以先警告一下吗？就告诉他，你要再干我就给警察打电话了，他再干
是咎由自取。
我觉得，做人，一要厚道，二要人品。
用美国警察来打击自己的同胞，进而获得快乐，我是不赞成的。看不惯警告可以，亲自
带路实施抓捕，至于吗？这得多大的恨啊？
一个教训：为了防止带路党，晒秋鱼的一定要先量好尺寸，一定要把自己打上马赛克。

Ontario的RAT刀不是Rowen热处理的，设计上EESE更新些，也就是些fine tune啦。

大体意思就是在一个速度区间（相对你的最大速度而言）之内，都能最高效的增长你的
mitochondria，从而提高你的LT和慢肌的效率，速度太快反而有副作用...
long run还有一个目的就是把你的糖原耗光，让你身体能学会更有效的利用糖原，
更多的消耗脂肪，防止你比赛撞墙，从这个目的来说，跑同样的距离，跑的慢些同样能
达到目的，但如果距离不够就没戏，不管你跑多快. 所以medium long不能代替long
run..
而且不要忘了一般人在每周long run的同时还有其他的两次hard run,
还有medium long, 这些都会累积疲劳，再加上没有必要的fast long run,
不少人都会伤...如果赛前就伤，那么跑几个飞快的long, 有啥意义么？

发帖数: 95 | 47 后院种的丝瓜、番茄都被啃了。特别是这两天番茄收掉之后老鼠突然发飙，开始疯狂啃
丝瓜、西葫芦、甜瓜，连花生苗都啃；当然最惨的还是丝瓜，整条被啃掉落在地上之后
、第二天又来给拖走了、拖走了......
在ACE Hardware 买了mouse trap，有时被它们踩翻，但从来没有抓住过。有一天
晚上看见它 （身体15cm左右，可能更大，应该算是Rat?）在院子里慢悠悠地溜达+在篱
笆上飞快地行走，真应了静若处子、动若脱兔。还真当自己家了！前两天又去买了Rat
trap，和ACE店员推荐的老鼠药，可是这都两天了，每天早晨还是能看到瓜果上新的咬
痕。求专家指导......谢谢！

其实人都有点小虚荣
原本我也觉得那些无知虚荣的，物质欲强又永远不足的人，很可悲。
但是，我这样以自己的价值观幸福观，去judge别人的幸福程度，那也是拿自己的标尺
去印量别人的幸福。而且呢，你这篇，本质也还是觉得自己不那么俗，你还是比那些
rat racer的人生品位要高， 这里面也是暗含一个高低之分的， 我这么说不是指责你
，我其实同意你的观点，也许我同样对rat racer有一种清高的不屑。
所以呐。。。人，完全不比，是不可能的。 人之所以形成一个对自己identity的认识
，对社会的认知，就是通过对环境的理解，自己和环境的互动，自己行为的反射，etc
，形成的。
所谓幸福，其实每个人都有追寻ta心中幸福的权利。
rat racer觉得不断攀爬，不断攀比，从方方面面找自己的优越感的地方，那么也是ta
的幸福。
物质欲的人，就觉得买了东西，就高兴，别人给她买了东西就是她的幸福。
你如果幸福不是由此而来，你肯定就无从理解了。
无欲则刚是一个理想。
知足常乐，是比较平和的人生态度。
是否修炼得了，那还得看悟性。 |
