新手不明前后因果，也不太能分辨出谁是大牛谁不是。单就事论事的说两句：
1，我觉得跟风 大忽悠 或者 大牛 然后赔钱的蝌蚪、青蛙啥的，其实也不用入股市，
更不用赔了钱怨人骂人。自己的钱自己不做好研究，不动脑子，不负责任，一味红了眼
得跟风，理应赔赚自负的。我非常非常讨厌一些无聊没事儿说反话、忽悠人、骗人、放
烟幕弹的内心阴暗歪曲的id，但“青蛙蝌蚪被误导而赔钱”不足以作为打倒他们的支撑。
2，有些人可能炒股真的挺牛的，但在版上神神叨叨的，一天发几个帖子，说“看，老
娘／老子赚了多少，服不服？？”，又说“看我前几天算的走势，预测准不准！”。也
不说点实用的可以让人受惠的东西，白瞎了那用来挪鼠标、按左键、开网页、扫一眼、
scroll down、再关网页的那三秒钟。论坛嘛，脑残和令人敬佩的人都有，倒也没法儿
看谁不顺眼就对人赶尽杀绝之类的。不过做股票再高手，脑残的话也没药医。

China is not rich enough. Neither Mexico nor India is rich enough.
Rationale: A rich country can have a dominating population of middle class
which will control the democracy system not going to the extremes – not the
extreme of only endorsing the rich or the extreme of giving things free to

不但没有将被害人送医，反而拿出尖刀将伤者刺杀，西安市法院4月22号判处药家鑫死
刑。有评论者认为：这是「民意的胜利」，也有人指出，这是正常的法律判决。学者认
为：这起案件之所以激起舆论的强烈回响，正反映出社会的不正常，下面来听一听各界
人士的看法。
西安音乐学院大三学生药家鑫被判「故意杀人罪」，处以死刑。并赔偿被害人家属45,
000多元。
北京宪政学者陈永苗认为这是「一次民意的胜利」。在此之前，中央电视台、公安大学
教授等为药家鑫的辩护，令民众隐约感到法律将再次向特权阶层倾斜，因而爆发了舆论
的大论战。
中国天网人权事务中心义工蒲飞认为，这个案件的判决，并非法制的胜利，而只是法制
的正常。一个健康的国家法制不需要胜利，只需要正常。

西方哲学中的本体论(Ontology)问题在中国古代传统经学中有无具体的表现，这或许本
不该是研究《易传·系辞》的一种方式。因为在中西哲学之间进行这种基本概念之间的
比照(Comparison-Communication)，是需要在一个比较严密的工具理性进行制约和诠释
基础之后才能开始操作的。但是，完成这一工作目前又是极其困难的。因为中西哲学所
使用的理性表述形式(Rationale Form)并不是建筑在同一个规范化的世界(
Weltorientierung)当中。而且，作为中西哲学成立的自然科学基础，特别是在对外在

said one of the technological challenge for a search engine is the
capability to 'forget'. He said Google is designed to forget as fast as 1
month. The rationale is to provide most useful/valuable information.
Since this post mentioned the original article, Google is expected to 'learn
' the knowledge. But should nobody mention in again in the next couple of

location outside of the court system's power. but then he is still liable
and further charge will be imposed on him due to these fraudulent
transactions. imagine the bankruptcy law, all transactions 9 months prior to
