scotus就是用了一个很简单的rational basis review来裁定了一个14修正案的问题，
得出结论说没有rational basis。任何制度都必然是对一部分人不平等的，人家最高法
院制定了判断这个不平等是否违宪的标准，你把这一标准套用一下到人数和性别两个不
同的场景，就自然能得出结论了。所以你的问题
三个同性恋可不可以结婚？
答案是在美国这个现行制度下“不可以”，因为polygamy ban在现行制度下有rational
basis,就是这么简单，不知道你胡搅蛮缠说别的国家有什么意义，还“风俗”，搞笑

irrational number, or rational approximation. One example is how to
approximate pi to a rational number like 22/7. Google it and there are quite
a few papers on this topic.There is a recursive algorithm for it but I don'
t quite remember the name. |

usually comes from a guess. Then do long division.
If there is no rational root, I guess the formula for the roots is the only
way to go. |
