Huntsville state park 的那个 是lake raven, 不是lake conroe, lake raven 没有

性，过程紧张刺激，本来一边倒的比赛，中场一个创纪录的快速超长远距离touchdown
之后，突然半个场地停电，比赛被迫中断30多分钟，我都以为电影中的恐怖袭击体育比
赛要真实发生了。比赛重新开始后，一路领先士气正旺的Baltimore Ravens大受影响，
居然被San Francisco 49ers连追17分，一下子场面胶着起来，不知谁能笑到最后。直
到最后两分钟，Ravens成功防守住了49ers的进攻并采取保险送分法，最终34：31取得
胜利。中场Beyonce的表演也超级火辣性感，Destiny’s Child也重新组合同台演出，
呵呵，估计演出太过火热，把场地保险开关给烧了。本届Super Bowl 比赛如此精彩，
无怪乎米国大众为之疯狂！ |

，1995年，那一年steelers三涮browns。两队总战绩browns领先54-47。
browns先是赢了头18场中的16场，然后从1964-70年间又赢了14场中的11场。接着是
steelers以其“steel Curtain”在1971-83年间占据优势，赢了24场中的19场，其
间，steelers四次夺得SB。1986年起，browns又开始占上风，连赢7场至1989年。之
后四年是拉踞战。然后steelers又开始占优，赢了14场中的12场至今。

running game is a team effort. 这赛季Jamal不如上赛季灵的原因:
1)对手更重视，以前敌人也用8个人来防跑，但经常over pursue.
Ravens最喜欢玩的就是cut back(BTW,这招在xbox上使总是不灵)
2) OL injury. All-pro left tackle Jon Ogden基本可以确保seal左边。昨天
最好的一个run是用一个extra blocker (WR travis taylor)帮助替补left tackle
把左边给seal了，Jamal才cut back的。
3) 需要给Jamal更多的carries. RB和OL需要get into a rythm. 理解Ravens
的主要目的是培养Boller。 这样最好的情况是passing offense培养
出来了，减轻对rushing offense的压力，最坏情况是没有passing game,
rushing offense也没法进入状态。this is really a gamble (for good, though).

我的理论是，与其说是overrated, 不如说是over-used. 优秀的Middle LB
的一个共同特点的play sideline to sideline. Ravens转型3-4后，对方
offense不约而同的对策是用一个富裕的Guard或Center去block Ray.
在undersize(Ray 对比Guard或Center)的情况下，很难既摆脱block,
又sideline to sideline的trace 对方RB。
虽然不说是mission impossible, 但Ray Lewis毕竟不是神。只要想想
当年被捧为未来最佳的Brian Urlacher在主力DT Ted Washington受伤
后一下子沦为常人的表现就可以理解MLB对DL有多依赖。
Kevin Johnson现在已经沦为no.3/no.4 WR了。说起来只能说KJ和
Ravens的进攻系统不匹配。Brain Billick的理想receiver是big size,

前面有人说到Raven也是Cleveland browns跑来的，不过这件事上Baltimore还是相当厚
道，把browns的history留给了Cleveland，自己重建了Raven,很快拿到了SB.可见人品
还是很重要的。
另；Colts可称道历史中的牛人，几乎都不承认现在的Colts。以Johns Unitas为首。当
年他去世，满宁申请穿当年Unitas代表性的黑鞋黑护膝，以示传承这个伟大的QB。 还

SB后开始扎小人。今年扎扣子的。
先说Defense, 怎么才能stop扣子的进攻呢。需要做到如下几
件事(in the descending order of importance)
1) Defense front 7必须能stop run. 今年的拍子和狗熊都是死在这
上面的。只有大白菜在，你就不能指望往盒子里放8个人防
跑。front 7能挡住扣子陆军，要求DT能eat space. LB们速度要快，
要能tackle. 纵观NFL，Ravens, Jags是两个能胜任的4-3防守。
Chargers, Steelers因为NT厉害，是两个能胜任的3-4防守。拍子
需要upgrade LB才行。
2) Defense的阵形必须unpredictable. 象狗熊这样4平8稳的打cover-2
靠两个DE施加压力，早晚被大白菜18摸摸到G点。3-4防守以
其对QB加压的多变性，成为对付扣子O的王牌。所以Chargers,

trades to upgrade at multiple positions.
Cornerback and offensive line are the obvious trouble spots, and the
Baltimore Sun's Mike Preston speculates that Newsome could try to pick up a
fullback as well. If the Ravens move Willis McGahee, Le'Ron McClain will

说话。
扣子和拍子的建队理念就不一样。扣子是围绕大白菜而组建的球队，从球员配置、战术布置到球场建
设（室内体育场很适合传球）。防守基本没有，地面进攻也基本没有，就看到大白菜满天飞的传球。
比赛观赏性很高，每个人数据都很出色，pro bowler一大堆，季后赛却常年一轮游。去年如果不是
ravens的进攻组太差劲，reed的两个int就可以让ravens翻盘了。
拍子是为季后赛而生的球队，首先有一个信得过的QB（不一定每个赛季4000码30TD，但是一定要高
成功率，不失误），接着是把防守搞好，哪怕进攻组状态不好，也可以靠防守拿下比赛。所以拍子即
使WR是Caldwell和Brown，也可以在季后赛赢球。另外，大白菜的WR比Brady好，是不争的事实。
Brady只是在07和09两个赛季拥有Moss，这两个赛季拿了9000+ yard和78 TD，论数据也不比大
白菜差。
如果不是去年季后赛的糟糕表现，我绝对会把Brady排在Manning前面。其实去年打得差也不怪

ward刚开场就被ravens四个哥们按到地上后下黑手，起来后居然单方面
给判了一个unsportsmen。ward除了笑根本什么也不说。
woodley和harrison电视重放里明显的被holding就不用说了。
对big ben的腰部以下的hit也不用说了。
不是说裁判的call里没有有利于steelers的，您要是只盯着有利于steelers的call
whine来whine去，您就需要grow up一下了。

钢人的run defense确实不错，可是pass defense呢？后场有人防得住Jennings/Driver
吗？Polamalu？他这状态还是歇歇吧。如果front 7不能给Rodgers足够的压力，
secondary就等着被爆吧。最近几场比赛packers的OL表现出色，再加上Rodgers能跑，
Steelers的那几个老头子LB在赛季末体力也消耗差不多了，不看好钢人能阻挡住龙哥。
Packers的常规赛防守仅次于Steelers排在联盟第二位，但是别忘了Tramon Williams和
Sam shields的进步。现在Packers的DB是联盟顶级水平，完胜钢人那几个菜鸟WR一点问
题没有。再加上Matthews, Raji, Jenkins, Bishop的联盟顶级pass rush对阵Steelers
糟糕的OL，估计Steelers的传球彻底残废。钢人想得分，就必须跑死packers，或者来
一两个big play，比如对ravens那个3rd and 19时候的58码传球。

was cut blocked, totally legal block. Regardless the ref threw the flag
before or after the td, it was wiped out by the terrible call.
2. The PI was bogus, the cb and receivers arms got tangled up incidentally,
and both have rights to the ball when it's up in the air.
3. If not for those bad calls, the 49ers would have been up at least 10:3,
maybe even 17:3, because the interception would have taken the air out of

much. If they cannot establish run, they can hardly pass well. The biggest
issue is QB inconsistency. Joe played like Peyton Manning for 2.5 games (2

that will free up your safties who can then come up to bump and bracket the
TEs. And your d lineman must be able to generate pressure without much help
from safty or LB. and everything must be executed to perfection.
I'm hoping ocho might finally find some use in this game, given his
familiarity with ravens, and the need to stretch the field and keep ravens
