W还有点意义。那时代对坑主拼命吹的CC一类投手来说有时候也确实有意义送一分多换
一个out.自从有了pitch count之后，就算SP投7局，后边还有两局跟他完全
没关系的情况，W的价值大大缩水。CC虽然一贯被吹捧为局数多，但是他每局用球
也多，完投并不多，今年才两个而已。那个对RBI的类比也是鬼扯，RBI必须得你
亲自上去打，那种情况能打出sac fly而不被K也是一种能力；这跟坐着还没上场
就已经8:0的垃圾W怎么能等价呢——这还没考虑RBI根本就不是大伙经常挂在嘴边的
打手最重要指标，完全没有人把Manny当年的165RBI拿出来跟现在的MVP们比较。 |

last time he hit a HR with RISP, and 2 outs. (But I missed a lot of games
due to Olympics and recent DNC)
Last year, he had 31 RBIs in 8th and 9th inning, he practically carried the
team in the 1st half.
He is terrible in clutch this year. But this is baseball, hard to say how
come a sure 1st ballot HOFer can be so different this year and last year. |

stat and Arod stat in the age range. Arod played very limited games in his
first two years in MLB from age 18 to 19. He started to shine at age of 20.
Arod: 388 HR, 1082 RBI, 2MVP, 2GG
Pujols: 366 RBI, 1112 RB, 3MVP, 1GG
It is hard to tell who is definitely better. But it seems to me that Arod
will have more career HR than Pujols. |

has some importance, not as many here claimed as "garbage" or useless. W is
not everything, but W is still quite something for a SP.
For example, if CY is given right now, or at current numbers extrapolate to
end of season with 25W, CC will get it for the dominant Wins but slightly
worse in other catergories, compared to Verlander or Weaver.
Just consider the RBI in running stats. Is it an important stat? Of course.

jackson的那几场3-hr比赛里每个本垒打的关键性，不过至少rbi的重要程度远不能跟
matsui在09年的最后一场相比。如果昨天最后比分是6：5，9局上打出制胜球，那就真
牛了。事实是craig第一局的本垒打更重要的多，winning run。
不过现今的媒体比以前会炒作，加上他原先的地位，前一天跟媒体的拌嘴，和即将变成
自由球员的情况，就给夸到天上去了。 |

. Somehow both my son's team have their ace pitcher available, and opponents
don't.
The long and hard battle never materialized. CC's team won on just 3 1/2
innings, 15:3, on the 10-run mercy rule (after 4 innings, if a team has 10
run or more lead, the game ends).

的得分，还是rbi了，例如single + 外场地滚球失误，single那部分造成的得分还是要
