是One year completed by August of the year the exam is taken; ACGME, RCPSC,
CFPC or AOA approved program.
请问：1：什么是Postgraduate Training？
2：ACGME, RCPSC, CFPC or AOA approved program是什么意思？怎么知道自己接受的
training是这其中的那种program？

L1B ACGM/RCPSC ACCREDITED POSTGRADUATE TRAINING. 咱们国内的教学医院一定不是
在这个program 里，申请时这张表L1B即使空着也寄去？
毕业证要不要英文翻译件啊？申请说明上指出成绩单中英文都要。毕业证没说，那就是
不要吗？

1 如果还没有考试，L1A大家怎么填的考试啊？还是就空着？（还没有permit）
2 L1B用填吗？好像没有接受过什么ACGME/RCPSC TRAINING，但是表上有要求填写L1B,
怪怪的
3 L2列的课程是不是都必须有啊？好像我们成绩单上好多都木有的说，尤其是他们强烈
要求的spousal partner abuse, family medicine, pain management & end life 啥
的，不知道他们认不认啊？
4 L2，L5签字的人是和186签字的一个人吗？还是要dean别的什么的签啊？
5 L5 clerkship, 我们只转过内外妇儿，要求的family medicine 什么的好像木有过啊
，也没有那个的成绩，能不能自己写个？要是不编，他们会不会不认啊？

- We should look for training opportunity in a ACGME-accredited residency
program.If you had gone through the residency application process, you would
know. If not, you are not qualified to apply for step 3 in your state and
should apply through other states such as CT. |
