—青年莲花RCR竞速9日在北京正式上市，台湾歌手何润东现场助阵，体验豪华轿跑车驾
乘感受。
英国莲花工程是世界上顶级的专业汽车设计制造公司。此次推出的RCR竞速，是莲
花工程历时3年时间精心打造的一款世界级轿跑车，总开发费用超过20亿元人民币，并
根据中国市场的需求，进行了整体技术升级。RCR竞速市场销售价格为：1.6L MT豪华
版129800元、1.6L MT运动版139800元、1.6L AT豪华版139800元、1.6L AT运动版
149800元，
青年汽车集团副总裁崔巍表示，RCR竞速2008年的市场销售目标是三万台，首先以
进口车的方式引进销售，不久将在贵州生产基地投入国产。目前，青年汽车销售公司已
经在全国设立了8个大区、50余个4S经销网点，覆盖了北京、济南、沈阳、西安、南京
、成都、武汉、广州等重点城市。
据了解，青年汽车兼并之后的贵州云雀已更名为贵航汽车莲花汽车公司，莲花“竞
速”将是该公司安顺生产基地生 |

phone call. Ask PO in the phone about how to resubmit RCR. In the
instruction for RCR, you basically follow each line of the instruction.
write down the trainings you have done, the scheduled trainings you will do.
write down your institute and department has a established protocol for RCR
training. Write down your plan or already taken courses for RCR online.

没有问题。再次感谢。
回信是这样的：

小弟2月申的K99，6月中拿到impact score 14。但是今天看了summary statement,
training in RCR有两个reviewer给了unacceptable。查了NIH的网站，说是 【
Regardless of the impact/priority score, applications with unacceptable
plans will not be funded until the applicant provides an acceptable, revised
plan. Institute or Center staff will apply the principles set forth at the
beginning of this Notice to determine the acceptability of the revised plan
.】
问题就在这个【revised plan】,是不是指一定要是A1-resubmission。因为我刚过了4

小弟2月申的NCI K99，6月下旬拿到impact score 14。感觉这个分应该能过payline,
但是昨天看了summary statement, training in RCR 一项unacceptable。查了NIH的网
站，说是 【Regardless of the impact/priority score, applications with
unacceptable plans will not be funded until the applicant provides an
acceptable, revised plan.】
问题就在这个【revised plan】, 是不是指正式的A1-resubmission。因为我刚过了4年
postdoc的期限，无法递交A1了。这样是不是说我拿不到这个K99了？已经给PO写信，但
是今天还没回音。着急想知道答案。就是想问问有没有人知道虽然RCR是unacceptable

长期以来，中国同胞接触的都是中国人民志愿军“抗美援朝”的故事，加中两军唯一的
一次交手也是在朝鲜半岛。《加拿大都市报》记者查阅了一些中国关于与加军作战的史
料，发现记录甚少，都是寥寥几句。原因是加军在朝鲜作战次数不多，唯一的一段话就
是“加军出兵不出力，打的仗寥寥无几。规模最大的战斗是1953 年5月2日在下勿闲北
山与志愿军46军397团3个排交锋。这次战斗，加军动用了25旅 3个连队，被歼220人；
另一次是芝浦里战斗，加军动用25旅配合美军第3师、25师与志愿军15军29师交锋，也

因为PO第一封信说要30-45天才能出，我就傻傻的等到40天的时候去看，发现实际上出
分后一周就有summary statement了 -_-|||
今天收到PO的信：Please send me a revised Plan for Instruction in the
Responsible Conduct of Research (PDF) (through your AOR/ signing official)
in November.
所以应该不用为RCR专门resubmit，松了一口气

Rentals of private residential properties increased by 0.6% in 4th Quarter
2009,
compared with the decrease of 2.2% in the previous quarter (see Annex A-3).

本地私宅价格在今年第二季上升了5.2％，虽然比第一季的5.6％涨幅低，但私宅价
格指数已超过1996年的楼价巅峰，刷新纪录。
与此同时，组屋转售价指数第二季继续攀高，显示组屋转售市场在经济复苏的带动
下需求强劲。
市区重建局昨天公布的预估数据显示，今年第二季的私宅价格数据，在连续四个季
度上升后，已回弹到184.1点，这不但已超越2008年第二季的高峰（177.5点），也超越
了1996年第二季的巅峰（181.4点）。
实际数据23日出炉
但市建局发言人受询时指出，184.1点只是2010年第二季的预估指数，实际数据会
在本月23日出炉。
这一季的价格上涨幅度，也超过了分析师之前预测的2至3％。
以第二季价格涨幅来看，代表大众化私宅领域的中央区以外（Outside Central
Region，简称OCR）共管公寓的价格涨幅最大，涨幅最小的是代表中档领域的其他中央
区（Rest of Central Region，简称RCR）的共管公寓价格。

Otherwise, do you have anything in your application, granted you were given
an exceptional score, could potentially bar your application from being
funded? RCR training insufficient, or animal use unacceptable things that
