tier2, infopass, sr, senator和congressman都做过或者找过了。
07/30收到congressman返回来的移民局信息，According to USCIS records these
cases are pending review in the unit where they will be assign to an officer
. Once completed a decision will be made.
08/01/15搬家，刚刚改好地址，08/03/15说是change of address completed.
刚才中午刷邮件发现的，再去网站看已经变成New card is being produced.
应该会寄到新地址吧？
