middle class. 最主要的几条原因在于：

们现任的Agent不是很满意，因为觉得她太忙老是很难reachable，房子close了以后不
想继续用她了。
我们同时也打算把现在的房子租出去，打算换一个agent list我们的房子。不过不知道
这样做的话会不会得罪显然买房的agent呢？毕竟还没close,不想出啥差错。
大家有什么高招吗？怎么解释比较好？ |

If you have a car, I would say Spring Rock, 30 mins on LIE (exit 34) or
Northern State (exit 25).
Alley Pond is probably closer (reachable by Bus),but it is smaller than

在的年轻人总会变成中老年人，而人的习惯是很难改变的。一旦上了facebook的贼船（
只有一个帐号的不算），就很难下来了。还有就是，你没看到很多爹娘因为要监视孩子
的举动，也天天泡在facebook上？
我的数据是从网上（alexa。com）看来的。说点击率有点误解，e文叫reachability,
大概是说每天有多少个人上了某个网。现在google还比facebook多点，可facebook正上
升，我看超过google只是时间的问题。况且在更有意义的pageviews 上，facebook已经
超过google了，而差距正在拉大。要从这个数据来看，facebook已经是当今第一大网络
公司了。要是我，最好能搭上顺风车，而不是去赌facebook之是昙花一现。
facebook现在赚不赚钱不重要，重要的是把用户抓住。想当年amazon赔着本做买卖做了

If you plan to rent a car for extended period (multiple days), you should
rent off airport since you won't need to pay airport tax and fee (which is
like 50% of rental or more). Enterprise or Dollar all have off airport
locations very nearby that's reachable via public transit. Take Bart to
Millbrae, you can get to these locations.
You should get hotel near your planned rental location to further explore
