指示， 其他program都可以re-enroll， 就是epg不allow re-activate， 转去 跟
supervisor讲，supervisor也没办法， 不过帮我转去一个电话录音，留了voicemail，
今天收到电话，说只能选一个。 选了epg。 一个小时后， 打电话给completesaving
， request to redeem
points to giftcards， 被告知program已被砍， 不过还帮我redeemed了。 hangup了
之后， 立马收到两个emails， 一个告知cs cancelled了， 另一个恭喜卡redeemed了
。 希望真的可以收到卡。 也希望过两天epg可以进去

i am eligible to work for any employer without applying for a new quota,
simply change my status from f1 to the h1b i acquired before. wording is
very important, try your best to make hr think it's not much of a big deal

You need to ask your former employer to withdraw you h1b and the OISS of
your college to reactivate your SEVIS (I-20) BEFORE 10.01 if you want to be
on your OPT. Otherwise, you will be changed from F1 status to H1B
automatically by USCIS system on 10.01 because your h1b批下来了.
In my opinion, go to the OISS of your college as soon as possible unless
you can find a new job and do an H1B transfer within this month. |

时候进度比较慢，最开始的时候并没有主要刷题，而是列了一些我觉得必须要了解到一
定程度的system和framework来学习，我花了大概三个月时间来看一些paper，
opensource project的文档，presentation，source code和engineering blog。因为

虽然threadpool也可以，但是现在好像不怎么流行用threadpool
最新的都是一个core对应一个thread，这样便于scale out
最新成果是quasar，这个直接把同步搞成异步，用一个annotation就实现了
建议多看看vert.x，一天到晚就在搞这些东西
streaming我觉得没有必要
不过你要是连streaming都懂，这些都小意思了
streaming最好把rxjava，reactive这些先看看

异常。更神奇的是优步的中国网站，连个客服联系方式都没有，只有中国司机注册的页面
考虑到中国式服务一直如此，没啥指望，去美国网站看看。结果速度慢的要死，而且客
服的网页非常难找，找过去也是一堆FAQ，还要先login才能联系客服。尼玛俺的账号都
被封了，怎么login啊。好不容易找到一个邮箱地址，照着发过去，根本没有回复
回到美国继续折腾这事，其实也基本不用Uber，就是要个说法，凭啥封俺的账号。总算
找到一个不用login就能发消息的页面，把帐号的事说了一下。毕竟是在美国，可能有
啥基于IP的filter，所以这次反应还挺快，马上又回复。说封账号的原因正在调查中，
然后又说因为账号被封了，现有手机号和邮箱号不能用来申请新账号。总之就是帐号被
Uber踢出去了，啥原因不能说，能不能解封要看心情，不能解封也没资格重新当用户
然后又过了两三周，还是毫无结果。俺也是无聊，又问了一回，这回彻底踏实了，客服
的回复没有一点客气，比公司的据信还简洁

，上市差不多半年，刚reactive
二、朝南，04年445k交易，upgrade厨房，要价350k
两个其它情况差不多，二刚上市，两个比较下来，二给多少的offer比较合理？

这个房子我们很满意，价格、环境都满意。四个月前在同小区看了另一个short sale，要价、套型差不多，当时有人给了50％ down的offer，这几天又reactive，说是那个buyer move了。那个房子位置没这个好，要价高一点
realtor是一个很好的朋友介绍的，刚给他们买了个short sale投资房，因为是小房子，很多realtor都不是很上心，但这个realtor一直很积极的给他们处理，最后他们在几乎都忘了的情况下买到了那个房子
realtor跟对方说我们很满意这个房子，但我们现在的APT要到5月才到期。听她的意思是，对于short sale，seller决定给银行submit哪个offer，是吗？她的意思是她会尽力说明对方只submit我们这一个offer，是这样吗？我们出了full price offer
银行处理期间房子可以出租吗？有人听说过这种情况吗？ |

后来和这个agent发生了一些矛盾，所以不再合作。换了一个agent。
现在发现那个房子reactive，我还是很感兴趣，想make offer。
问了下现在的agent，她说有可能会给她带来麻烦。
像这种情况，我该怎么办？是在是不愿意再回去找那个agent，他当时为了卖一套房子
给我，对我隐瞒了一些事情，还骗我说不签字就拿不回来Earnest money。即使我询问
了律师和lender，确定了可以拿回来之后，他还硬挺着说不行。而且，后来发的邮件里
还冷嘲热讽的。
我向他的老板投诉过，所以是不欢而散。
