residents were kicked out after 1st year or even 2nd year. All of them found
another program, sometimes better ones, to finish their training. It's
very rare for a PD to complete ruin the future of one of his/her resident.
It would look realy bad for the program.

and try to help, they will let you do things. knowledge is almost never a
problem. my attending i ob'd before told me that everyone who can raise a
child can do medicine:). no need to shine in order to shine, that is very
true.
on the other hand. medicine is a matter of repeat, 3rd year is better than
2nd year, 2nd year is better than 1st year, this is almost always true. how
can we shine if we have no experience at all |

So I started to do lunch in the cafe of the hospitals...many many docs are
there...However, i just do not have the guts stand up to say Hi....
It's realy a challenge for me, a shy person. Gosh...during the lunch hour my
serum costeroid level must be very high... God, anyone can tell me how to
overcome my psychological limitation? Or I should just take a medicine book
and sit in the cafe of the hospital forever...till one day one |

is easier. But u wanna be a doctor here,not in china. Time is the most
important!
If being a doc is his realy dream, he shouldn't care so much about other

some tricks, not a real doc dream.

stretegy, even failed once, twince, even more, many still can win.

only get it, but continuously to have re-newed one!, any time, discontinued
R01, u died, no matter how u r cow or how bright u used to be!), or go to

抄，抄完还是要 stat 过目，是他们承担对错的责任。真的有复杂点的分析，还是要
stat 去写分析那部分的。不知道你们的 SAP 都是谁写？那些 spec 之类好像都是
programmer 写得比较多一些啊，
候繁一些，然后给其他组算出 PK parameter 后我们再做分析，分析有的时候复杂一
些，但大的药厂都能从旧 study 抄到类似的，我觉得这部分是最精华的，复杂一点也
