1、我妈最近身体不好，我买了三个猕猴桃，是国产那种，10元三个，工薪家庭，

落下了，觉得生活太不容易了。
我父母就是当年的支青，最好的年华留在了边疆，当年是双顶才回了上海，还好在
上海退了休，能拿一千多的退休工资。他们的好多战友，拿着外地几百元的退休费在上
海生活的才叫苦，连生病都不敢去医院。
身边同学个个是房奴，就这样还被羡慕，毕竟已居有定所了。苦的是那些还在寻觅
着的，市中心随便三四百万的房价，拿个几千的工资何年才能买房？

议中心”是一场骗局。
打着建设“世界第一个零碳排放白金LEED环保认证酒店会议中心”的旗号，安晟创
建了芝加哥会议中心与芝加哥洲际区域中心信托两家公司，向250多位主要来自中国的
投资者卖出1.45亿美元股份，并收取了1100万美元的手续费。如果没有证监会阻止，项
目方原计划招募499个投资人，募集2.495亿美元投资款及2070万美元发行费。
一个29岁的年轻人有这么大的能量忽悠老于世故的中国富豪吗？更合理的说法是，
这些人是被“美国梦”的光环炫晕了。

常在河边走，没有不湿鞋的。至今为止，丢了两单deposit，但每单只有一千块，我都
赔了。一个是我这头手太快，连五分钟反悔的时间都没给客人留（常和客人说如果你要
我做什么，我五分钟之内不给你，就是把你忘了。多写Email，打电话更容易忘）; 一
个是Wetland，客户没想好，翻来覆去不要了，后来怪我没推他一把。
这回两万五压在seller手上，我赔不起了。而且客人想要的是房子，不是钱。客户想的
是结束颠簸流离的生活，心急火燎的等着把东西从storage搬出去, 早日安定下来。
因为要在开学前搬家，所以closing Date掐得很紧，五个星期close。Mortgage银行
commitment的时间距离closing只有七八天。刚开始，seller还嫌我们催得太紧，没想

realty for many times. But they do not want to fix it. Now the water bill may
be $ 300. Can I refuse to pay the next month's rent untill they sovle the

way to calculating the size of an apart is always a mystery to me. I rented
a one bedroom in Sheung Wan a year ago and was told it's 520 s.q.--but in
realty the room is about 85 s.f. (which was converted from two bedrooms),
the kitchen is about 35 s.q., the bath is about 50, and the living room is
about 100--total usable size is about 270, about half the size of the studio

806 units sold in June to just 481 in the month of July - the lowest
recorded transaction volume in recent years, revealed data from the Urban
Redevelopment Authority (URA).

本地最大的房地产经纪公司ERA产业（ERA Realty），将以超过1亿元的价格卖给以新
加坡为总部的私募基金Northstar集团。
据本报了解，该交易目前仍在最终阶段，而Northstar集团将在交易通过后，再正式
发布文告透露交易的详情。
目前ERA产业的母公司是和兴企业（Hersing Corporation）。和兴企业执行主席兼创
办人蔡和兴不久前曾表示有意以1.5亿元的价格将ERA产业在亚太的特许经营权售出。
这次的交易预计也会包括Coldwell Banker房地产在新加坡的特许经营权，这两个品
牌都是由美国房产经纪公司Realogy Holdings Corp所拥有的。
消息指出，在收购交易通过后，ERA产业的前总裁蔡奇合将回来担任公司总裁一职。
他目前是和兴企业的首席执行长。
蔡奇合与蔡和兴并没有血缘关系，但蔡奇合也被视为推动ERA产业成为本地房地产界
领头羊的重要功臣。
ERA产业在新加坡、日本、台湾、泰国、韩国、马来西亚和中国等亚太国家一共有约

no, AC everywhere. but one or two coats are needed in case of traveling.
Many agents in Auburn.
northcutt, first, eveans or auburn realty are bigand close to campus. but
most of their houses are miserable (mainly cheap, old and small). They have
some good houses though, but they are all out before you come.
If you have a car, house can be a totally dofferent story here.
If you want to shop apple, AUbookstore is better than apple.com because of
the educational discount. however, if you prefer PC |

No, good houses are leased out on Jan to March. What remains available are
all in miserable conditions.
These I listed are pretty good except Evans realty. They have some deposit
issues with servral Chinese student last year.
If you have a car, you can live in Ann Arbor at meadow Brook. I believe it's
one of the best apartment in town. |
