柬埔寨首相洪森的发言人杨·索帕勒（Eang Sophalleth)周四（10月13日）表示，中国
国家主席习近平访问柬埔寨期间，两国签署了31项协议。习近平主席在与洪森首相的会
谈中表示，中国将免除柬埔寨6亿元人民币（约合9000万美元）债务。此外，两国同意
2017年将双边贸易额从现在的44亿美元扩大至50亿美元。习近平还表示将鼓励中国人去
柬埔寨旅游，力争到2020年让中国游客人数从目前的每年70万增加至200万。
杨·索帕勒称，习近平主席承诺，将鼓励中国企业帮助柬埔寨修建一条新铁路并且在吴
哥窟附近的暹粒（Siem Reap）修建一个新机场。他说，洪森首相对中方的支持表示感
谢，并请求中国尤其在国防、投资、医疗和基础设施建设方面提供更多支持。
