股市连续上涨3个星期，SPX涨了7%, 短期的回调非常正常。
对于下个ER前的这段时间，我的看法是市场依然会比较mix, 原因如下：
1. Earning: Q3的ER都很不错(75% companies in S&P 500 beats), 但很大一部分都
是象AA那样通过cut cost达到
的，象AAPL这样通过sales提高的不多。 另外现在的一部分sales是build up
inventory的原因，并不是来自end
demand. 所以市场应该耐心等待下个ER，看是不是 sales 能够pick up，是不是依然
能够达到预期。
2. 能源方面，今天的gasoline inventory数据显示已经达到9月以来的最低点,

二星期前FED 会议的前一天， 中国报了七月的出口数字，与之前比，是减少的，如中

offer letter上写的是 ：by accepting this offer you acknowledge and agree
employment with XXX is on 'at will' basis. this means you may resign and be
discharged at any time for any reason with or without cause. 它这么说了是不
是我直接就 可以跟它说我不去了 就行了，没有其他纠缠了吧？
