关于这个reasonable doubt。非常的有意思。我也有一些不解。
看了boston legal，有这样一个案子：
嫌疑犯A的血液，精液，指纹在犯罪现场到处都是。似乎证据确凿。不过辩方律师提出
，说受害人的丈夫B也在犯罪现场出现过。所以存在reasonable doubt。B也可能是杀人
凶手。
结果陪审团同意这个reasonable doubt的存在，没办法排除B 的可能。无法完全证实就
是A。然后A被无罪释放。
我现在有几个疑问：
1。A被释放后，还能不能被重新起诉？虽然这次不能定罪，但是他毕竟是最最有嫌疑的
人之一，也不能完全排除不是他干的。如果之后发现更加确凿的证据，比如有录像显示
是他干的；或者他良心发现，自首说是自己干的。

reason，其他信息都没有改，但是寄给DOS的statement of reason是填完第一次网上申
请就寄出去的，所以DOS手里的statement of reason不是最新的，我现在有必要给DOS
重新寄statement of reason呢？ DS035还用不用重新寄呢？ 我看板上有人有类似情况
，没说重新寄DOS statement of reason最后也通过了。

我打印出来的statement of reason中有乱码。于是在网页上找到填表选项的下面有一
个单独的生成statement of reason选项，我就输入了case number,然后更改了新的
statement of reason。最后生成一个新的reason页面，但是上面有一个新的barcode，
说明页要求签字然后寄到一个新的地址。。。我看好像是后续补充材料需要的邮寄地址
。。。
请问高人，我该如何是好呢？
我目前打算这一页新的和原来旧的都一起寄到美国国务院那个地址，大家觉得可行吗？
不会又生出什么问题吧？ |

Statement of Reason里面突然发现了几个乱码，而且有几个地方不太确切，我想重新
更改一下Statement of Reason。DOS的材料都打印好了，不过目前都还没有寄出啊。这
样的话，我是不是只需要再Create一份新的Statement of Reason 跟着其他材料一同寄
出给DOS即可？3035表没填错，还需要重填吗？如果重填会出一个新的Case Number的。
另外，如果我只是更改Statement of Reason，那么我还需要通知纽约这边大使馆吗？

了。不太清楚你这个是什么情况。
如果豁免号码有改变，一定需要重新寄送材料到DOS和中国大使馆。如果是statement
of reason，不太清楚。一般很少有人需要修改statement of reason吧。 |

先说说自己的情况吧.J1签证做博后3年整了,目前DS2019明年6月30号到期,自己的老板
到时候就退休了...最近联系了一个学校的工作,由于一直和他们有合作,他们答应给我
offer.但是由于是新招人,他们在向学校申请creat the opening,等批了才能给我offer.
现在我比较困惑的是State of reason该怎么写.看了很多前人的成功范例都是强调自己
的研究多么重要,需要更多的时间,同时老板也很支持.我的情况在于老板要退休了,不会
继续支持我了,而我也事实上是有了工作才需要waiver的.我的博后是美国老板支持的,
和国内没有关系,大使馆这边批准应该没什么问题.
请教一下各路高人我这个情况State of reason怎么写比较好呢?如实说找了工作吗? |

签证。
因为疗程可能需要超过半年，想知道
1。是申请B2吗？还是有另外的medical reason的签证？
2。 知道B2一般duration是半年， 就是一年不能超过半年。但是治疗不能半途而废，
不知移民局允不允许延长半年。
3. 如果明示medical reason没有任何好处？是不是只说旅游访问算了? medical
reason好像要很多额外的材料.
