What is less often acknowledged is that this intense education involves an
equally arduous psychological transition, almost a second rebellious
adolescence. The passage from callow, eager-to-please first-year student
in awe of an often-famous faculty adviser to confident, independent-minded
researcher willing to challenge, and sometimes defy, a mentor is a
requisite part of the journey.

这个其实是个好问题。会议上有一篇论文就是研究过去几十年里，各个国家对obedient
的态度，结果发现，那些从事routine的工作更容易从国际化分工中获益的国家，其国
民更容易认可obedient；相反，那些从事non-routine的工作更容易从国际化分工中获
益的国家，其国民更不容易认可obedient。
所以，到底是鼓励娃娃们obedient还是rebellious，可能是由当下的社会经济结构内生
决定的。人类的第一生物源动力当然是繁衍，但是要繁衍就要先生存，先获得资源，找
到优秀的配偶，才能生优秀的娃。如果人们所处的时代和社会更加reward being
obedient，把孩子培养成妈宝也许正是一个理性的选择。当然，being forward
looking，it's hard to say 妈宝和叛逆娃，到底哪个培养模式更好。 |

简单说，一个女主养的shiba被关在笼子里，先后就换了5个笼子。shiba本身就是非常
rebellious，尤其是是一岁以前的puppy，主人说自己的shiba有anxiety，穿了
thundershit，每天关几次，每次几个小时。小柴天生反抗强，每天都往外拱。先后换
了5个笼子。最后主人一家在笼子上绑了ribbon固定笼门
结果某天家里没人的时候shiba往外逃，先被自己弄出来笼子的洞卡主脖子，然后被
ribbon栓到，越使劲越紧，主人到家的时候小柴已经被勒死了
总之就是个惨剧，我回帖说了句某型情况不适合crating，尤其是shiba。。。就被警告
了。。我还没说某些国家禁止crate dog呢。。
当然不是被言论自由干扰到，还是被这个惨剧upset到。 |
