收到receipt时间不详，从收到receipt到出结果或者4个月左右，如果中途RFE需要2个
月。如果是PP的话2天左右能收到receipt。从收到receipt到出结果是15天内。如果中
途需要RFE那么从移民局再次收到你RFE补件的日期再推15天出结果。 |

H4的本人的，H1B是寄给律师或者公司的！我的就是这样，我家LD先收到的H4的receipt
notice，第二天公司通知我他们也收到了我的H1B的receipt notice，不是等到H1B
approve之后H4才收到receipt的！你可以看看你申请H4的check有没有被encashed。 |

了，估计receipt notice还在路上。以前一直潜水所以刚注册了个号要等三天才能发。
因为一直用CPT，所以只能用本科学历申请，所以如此慢。。。
还有一个问题希望版上的朋友帮忙解答下，到底H1B要等到10月份还是approved了就可
以跳槽了，为什么问了好几个人都给我说要等到10月份？十分不解。
顺便吐槽下，找工作千万别找icc，一把鼻涕一把泪啊，就是做contractor也要找老美
的recruiter。我那个icc等到3月底突然变卦，说我自己交钱才能帮我办H1B，当时老子
就懵了，交钱我也认了，主要这厮以为CPT能用master申请，后来国内学历认证花了一
周多，踩着最后一天把H1B交了，连十天的post都没做，不知道对h1B有没有影响。。。

公司请的律师是说要等收到USCIS receipt才能上班，大约要两周的时间。不过现在公
司急着让我早点上班。我上网查了查。众说纷纭。有些意见是等到有receipt再去。有
些意见是可以通过fedex confirmation或者check被cash,因为这些也证明了USCIS收到
了petition. 甚至有些人还说file了马上就能去上班，因为规定是“you may start
working for a new H-1B employer as soon as the new employer files an H-1B
petition“.
请了解情况的大牛们指教一番。有没有没等到receipt就去上班的？ |

说“We have received an electronic notice issued by USCIS, receipt number is
WACXXXXXXX, while the receipt notice is not a guarantee, it is a strong

这是抽中了么？律师没有转receipt email给我，所以看不到邮件上有自己的名字，总
担心她发错了（等了一个礼拜等来了邮件现在不敢相信中……总担心她手抖把别人的发
给我了肿么办）
刚用这个receipt number查了下，是April.15收到我的case，我上周五下午打电话给
SEVIS，状态还是active。所以如果律师没发错邮件的话，说明SEVIS真的不准！

receipt还是packing slip。
account里的查order那里好像也没明确说是receipt。
请问在walgreens.com上买的neutrogena的同学们，你们用什么作为original receipt
来做rebate呢？
