expectation (at least my expectation).
I used to think the price will drop slowly (say 5%) in 1H2010, and drop
sharply (say another 20%) in 2H201, as suggested by some CCs last year.
However, the wafer price and cell price have been climbing and climbing in
recent months. Now they're both higher than December low by 10% and almost
