Kobilka在Nature发b2AR结构的几乎同时，Raymond Stevens也和他在Science发了两篇
back to back的b2AR结构文章，两人都为通讯作者。之后Stevens又单独或和其他人发
了几篇。Stevens是结构生物学家，以前不做GPCR，也和施一公一样研究很多蛋白结构
，发了不少CNS。但最后是Kobilka和导师Lefkowitz得了炸药奖，Stevens没得。而
Lefkowitz的工作从来就和b2AR的晶体结构无关。
这是Kobilka和Lefkowitz获诺贝尔奖的原因，30-40年的工作，b2AR结构只是GPCR三个重
大发现中的一个：

经过一个中间宿体性的其它动物才能传染给人。所以，病毒发生后，就故意误导全国人
民去海鲜市场找证据，找其它野生动物的麻烦。 而且还是病毒所去找的，找完了还装
模做样化验呀，分离呀什么的。最后把责任全部推给了海鲜市场的动物。可是那种动物
，一直不敢说，说了其它相关已经在人就会去早那种动物监测。 所以压根不说，打马
虎眼。
事实上，早在2013 年，就是这个武汉病毒研究所，已经从来自云南的蝙蝠身上所携带
的corona virus中分离出第一株蝙蝠SARS类似样的冠状病毒的活病毒，其中就包含了类
似于S类型的基因。从而证实这株病毒能够使其接受和SARS病毒相同的受体，并能够感
染人的细胞。对此新发现，武汉病毒所还把它以武汉病毒研究所的英文简称命名“WIV1

最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下
，看看自己有没有别人这么productive。

首先，这篇评论是目前我看到的写得相对最中肯的一片，原因很简单，作者确实是这个
领域的人，且就事论事，没有想很多人那样屁股决定脑袋。文章的开头和结尾已经给作
者的态度清清楚楚定了基调。所以有人希望用这篇评论来扯什么“皇帝的新衣漏洞百出
”的淡，请回头再仔细看看作者自己的是怎么明确表态的。当然某些人惯于断章取义，
这些人不早生个40-50年真是太浪费了。
闲话不表了。一篇好paper，并非一定是十足完美而没有质疑的，但一篇好paper一定是
经得起质疑经得起时间考验的。眼下很多实验室包括作者包括我自己都正在基于NTCP这
一新发现进行新的研究，时间自然会说明一切。
这篇文章，指出了原paper中的诸多不足，其中的一部分我也是很同意的，事实上拿出
任何一片CNS paper，基本都可以照猫画虎的说出个123点不足和缺陷来。至少我们在开
journal club的时候，无论出自哪个杂志/谁人之手，还没有哪篇paper能幸免的。重要
的问题是，这些质疑和不足，是否根本性的动摇了文章的基本结论，还是只不过是需要

1. 在某细胞系中有B蛋白，楼主在其中表达一个A receptor，并假定AB有直接的蛋白相
互作用（连接）。于是楼主做co-IP，用识别B蛋白的抗体拉复合物，在该复合物中可以
检测到A蛋白（抗体识别，我自己脑补的）。
2. 楼主想进一步验证该结合，或者其他目的（筛选，测序等等）。于是在上述细胞系
中（有B蛋白，部分细胞可能转染了A receptor），对该细胞系进行染色（我不知道什
么是surface staining），楼主默认B蛋白在细胞膜上（我脑补的），所以该染色可以
标记所有带B蛋白的细胞，又因为B蛋白和A receptor结合，所以楼主认为在收到的B蛋
白阳性的细胞中应该有A receptor表达，于是检测A receptor，但无法检测到结果。
我对此有如下问题：
1. B蛋白在细胞膜上吗？
2. 在该细胞系中B蛋白是稳定表达的吗？每个细胞？每个时刻？
3. 楼主在实验2中如何检测A receptor？WB？
我看不出来IP的结果为什么能说明表达B蛋白的细胞中一定有A receptor的表达。 |

从2003到2009之间7年的诺贝尔化学奖，有5年给生物学研究：2003年钾通道的结构和水通道，2004年蛋白质降解，2006年基因转录的结构生物学研究，2008年绿色荧光蛋白，2009年合成蛋白质的核糖体结构。
结构生物学占了很大比重（2003、2006、2009）。
我们也知道：诺贝尔化学奖委员会经常犯错误，不该给的他们给了、该给的他们没给，两种错误都犯过。
