membrane amino acid transporter, mTOR的上游开关；一个是真正的itch receptor,
non-histominergic的；一个是乙肝病毒HBV的human receptor，一个是生物活性气体的
细胞内受体（非嗅觉系统的），Co2(现在找的不知道是不是真正的受体)，H2S, H2,
etc. 一个是megnetosensory molecule，cryptochrome看着很可疑。
等我再想想。。

不少，比如这是前三个
Cytochrome P-450 CYP2E1 knockout mice
Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor knockout mice
Toll-like receptor 2-deficient mice
等等还有一堆，除了传统的insulin IGF通路相关的，很多基因我也不知道还有这功能
。所以如果你用这些KO也可能因为他们其他方面的功能吧。 |

我们有一些关于protein-protein interaction的数据，也可以docking 到单体上。但
是四聚体就有一些问题。因为如果是1：1，在四聚体上就是4：4，一共8个protein。

HepG2 cell, but HepG2 cell could not infected by HBV particles. However,
transfect HBV genome into HepG2 could budding infective HBV particles so
called HepG2.2.15 cell line. Drug screen based on the virus replication

最近看到science上面有个innate immunity的牛人连灌两篇，心里很是xmjdh,于是决定
写点自己的浅见来表示对这个领域的大牛的仰慕之情。
就先从这两篇science说起吧。确实这是该领域的突破性进展，发S也是当之无愧。一篇
文章阐述了对于DNA virus 引起的antiviral interferin response的全新机理。以前
该领域一直致力寻找直接结合双链DNA的受体，也找到了好几个，但是在KO小鼠上面表
型并不十分明显。
而Dallas的james chen领导的小组发现DNA virus or ds DNA经常在细胞里诱导核苷酸
的转化，其产物cGAMP则能够直接激活下游的interferin responses. 所以这个cGAMP
就是在这个天然免疫反应里面一个secondary messager。当病毒或者细菌DNA进入细胞
被降解转换的时候，cGAMP 的产生能激活抗病毒免疫反应来诱导干扰素反应和阻止病毒
或者细菌的复制。
