After trying out an A33 at my local Sony Style store and finding the
electronic viewfinder more than acceptable, I decided to order an SLT-A55V (

发帖数: 427 | 7 我也觉得这个re ChIP听起来容易，实际上太难，我也试过基本上不可能得到signal。
但是看到Christopher K. Glass 和Michael G. Rosenfeld 这种大牛的paper上那么好
的结果我都不知道他们是怎么做出来的，他们的所有的paper中 ChIP 的结果也都是那
么漂亮，可是我用的同样的抗体，同样的方法，根本重复不出来，总不成写EMAIL 去质
问他们，你们他妈的是怎么弄出来的。
