本来ups1／3寄到，结果可能司机嫌重，没帮我拿
看tracking 说 6:42pm : reciever refuse the package, the package will send
back to sender,
我领导有个电脑，新蛋买的，那个司机没要签名，就直接给我领导。
tracking 说 6:43pm， delivered, drop front door.
我一听没有收到机器，马上打电话给1800 ups pick， 结果客服把信息转给当地的ups
station
1个小时后打电话给我，说叫我今天早上去取
我早上去的时侯，告诉我，已经退给 sender, 在去florida 的途中的
打电话给1800 ups pick，告诉我要联络sender, 叫sender打给ups，
马上电邮sender, 他说看了racking， 他会收到再寄，但是要我出邮费。（意思就是忙
，不会帮我打电话）
我该怎么办？ |

I recieved the software, found there was no outer seal on the wrap, (which
would prove it was unopened)and then found the inner seal (on the plastic
case was opened carefully to make it look unopened)
THEN.......I try to install.....and neither disk is readable.
Please respond quickly so we can resolve this in some way

病人的。
今天的病人来信：
I have not recieved my nook. But tracking number said it was droped off
on 3-5-2011. I have called post office and they said mail man left out
side our door. We live in apartment building. so if left out side
someone might have taken. I never got. Anyway to send one by ups ground.

I am very, very glad the coupon was working well and you have recieved
quickbook software as you told me. Thanks for keeping us updated for the
status.
So far, at leaset maidoudou and I have no issue of using the coupon. And I
did not hear anything from 3 other buyers who got the coupon from me at the
same time, so the chance to successfully use the coupon is not too low.

交了tracking信息，陈述了病人退的货不是我寄的货的事实，并说“Because I have
not recieved what I sent to him, I cannot accept this return. He should
figure out how to get the wrong returned item back and sent me what he
received. I have the photos of both the item with the shipping label before
shipping out and the item I received as proof.”
但是那个represent系统根本没有地方让我提交照片等证据（还是我没找到？？）
