首先声明各人情况背景都不太一样，所以我的材料也只能作为参考。谢谢！
背景：我是独生女，父母都不到60，父亲还在国内工作，他打算退休后才来美国。先给
妈妈办绿卡完全是私心，现在需要妈妈经常来帮忙。想着每次去签证很受罪，排几个小
时的队，还要在那个小屋子里站着等大半天。
给老人办绿卡要先考虑清楚，因为我是家里唯一的孩子，以后回国可能性很小，所以就
给妈妈办了。我妈妈是先申请了B-2探亲签证然后在境内申请的。
Timeline:
我先交的I-130
2011年8月15 recieved，然后一直没有消息，妈妈的签证眼看就要过期了，就干脆把I-
485交了

2011年9月19号 recieved，然后10月3号给了notice，I-130 transfered to NBC.

一下背景。
专业：chemical engineering PhD, 业内大公司engineer，文章 journal:9(5一作)，
两篇一作是行内ranking top1%杂志invited and highlighted(其实是沾phd老板的光
)，会议:9篇。reviews:60+，引用比较弱，递交时才不到80，其中还有近一半自引。。
。公司我负责的几个项目有十几个美国大媒体的报道，产品也卖到很多国家，但律师没
有单独claim说怕招来不必要的麻烦，只放在contribution说了下。
推荐信：6封+2封审稿证明。6封里面4个独立，来自美国，加拿大，中国，除了PhD老板
是院士其它推荐人都不是牛人，加审稿中国推荐人一共3个，一直担心中国推荐人多
会不会有影响，事实证明没有，所以大家放心找咱国人签吧！
律师用的是公司指定的F家律师，开始担心会不会像版上说的F家律师的总总不好，总的
来说感觉他们还是比较负责和有经验的，负责我case的paralegal感觉很有经验，比如

fingerprint fee was recieved”
今天刷屏，变成“Case Was Transferred To A Local USCIS Office”
请问这意味着什么？是不是又是另一段痛苦等候的开始？版上可否有同命战友说下经历

interview are needed.) 今天我查我的case的时候这个期限没有了。是不是我记错了
？我查看当天case update同时发的邮件，里面确实有这段话。说明TSC偷偷的给删除了。

I mean the following situation:
The reciever got the ball and tripped with kneel or elbow down on the ground
. However, the ball never comes out of his cuddle. Then a defender comes and
take the ball away without any contact with the reciever's body. Is this a
fumble for sure?
I think it is. But it's very hard to call for referees, right? |

For hail mary, I think WRs and QB should all know where the ball will go. As
long as TB can deliever to the right spot, it all depends on the ability of
recievers. That's it. I wonder if a healthy Gronk can do a better job than
Hernanders to jump for that ball. We did take advantage of his injuries.
For the ball to WW, I think TB just made a bad throw. It's short and high
for WW, or just doesn't come at the correct timing. We can see that WW has

alternative ways for you:
1. call lowes.com, some nice representatives might send you another 10%
coupon, this one might take 2-3 days.
2. call lowes.com and ask them to place the order for you with 10% off
immediately.
3. go straight to the store and complain about not recieving the coupon and
show them your coupon from post office, some nice store manager may just
give you 10% off directly.

UnknownHostExecption when running the client. However the server does exist, I
can ping it, and I can recieve and send email using outlook.
Yet, it works sometime, but most of the time, it doesn't.
Anyone encountered the same problem before? Please share your exp. Thank you!
by the way, it seems that the mail server will redirect the request to another
real email server. |

Most of states have the registration deadline, if you haven't register
before the deadline, you are not allow to vote.
The execption is that you claimed you registered before the deadline but not
recieve the notification. The polling place will give the provisional
ballot for you to use to vote. Provisional ballots won't be count unless the
result is very tight and the provisional ballots can decide the result of
the election.
